This place has extremely poor service, I have called over 10 times in the last month and have never gotten through. I am currently sitting in the parking lot and their sign says open and hours are posted as 11a-9p, it is 3:08p and the door is locked.

I like them when they are open, but this is the second or third time we have tried to order from here and no answer on the phone.... Go to the restaurant and it's dark.... But the hours sure are visible that they are SUPPOSED to be open.If you're closed, SAY YOU ARE CLOSED. It is NOT that difficult. Post it on Facebook, change your hours on Google, do SOMETHING.

I have been a long term customer of the Rockford location. It was great to see the same consistency of the food at this location. The Tham Ka coconut soup with the lemon grass flavor there is nothing else like it that I have Weber had anywhere else before. The fresh rolls are also staples. Medium heat is the right amount for me just enough that lingers on the palate. It is flavorful heat not burning heat tastes great. During COVID they are open 3 pm to 9 pm I believe. Check out Thur it website and info on their phone message to make sure. Pick up order was easy.

Soup was dirty looking, like dish water. Rice was wet and mushy.
Food was good. Service was TERRIBLE! Asked 3x for plates. Came 10 minutes after our food. Asked for water 3x. Soy sauce 3x. Food was ordered mild for little kids and pad thai came out a 6 out of 10 and couldn't be eaten. Only servers response was. "Oh." I don't normally write negative reviews, but this was off the charts bad service!

Would def recommend! Can always rely on this place for fast service & fresh food. The dishes are so flavorful and spicy! My favs are the pad Thai, house special fried rice, red curry, & Thai tea. Clean & relaxing spot to enjoy a meal.

Stopped in for lunch, and so glad I did. I ordered the beef n broccoli. The brown sauce is amazing, tender beef, fresh broccoli, and perfectly sized portion. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Server was very friendly.

The service was fast and the guy was nice. The second I walked in the restaurant it smelled like the best Asian food you can dream of. And the food was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious. I wasn't expecting the medium spice to be this spicy so be careful but it didn't ruin the food one bit plus that's to be expected with thai food I should have known. Great place though definitely worth trying if you like thai.
