I ordered a Nashville chicken burger and they never communicated that it has blue cheese and it didn't specify on the menu that there was blue cheese, I thought whatever spread that was on it was garlic on it. I informed them. They said they'll keep that mind and they redid my order thankfully. I hope they update what the agulala spread or crumblr is cuz not everyone knows or aware of it.
First of all, this is some of the friendliest service I've had in the Grand Rapids area. I honestly did not expect much form a hotel restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and attentive the staff was. The dishes can be pretty simple to somewhat unique. I live in the building and visit often. Their fries are amazing and the staff are genuinely friendly. I always enjoy stopping by.
