Came to Denver with my husband for work, and while he was gone, I decided to have breakfast at the Bistro. Not only was my French toast with strawberries very good, but AJ, the server at the Bistro who took my order was fantastic! AJ was polite, helpful, and we shared a few laughs as well. I think his name tag said “in training”, so y’all had better keep him on board! What a great asset, and someone to bring a smile to your face, first thing in the morning.
I ordered a Nashville chicken burger and they never communicated that it has blue cheese and it didn't specify on the menu that there was blue cheese, I thought whatever spread that was on it was garlic on it. I informed them. They said they'll keep that mind and they redid my order thankfully. I hope they update what the agulala spread or crumblr is cuz not everyone knows or aware of it.
First of all, this is some of the friendliest service I've had in the Grand Rapids area. I honestly did not expect much form a hotel restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and attentive the staff was. The dishes can be pretty simple to somewhat unique.
