Coming here after Church to get a cup of coffee is always a nice treat. They are always busy with people studying or a nice coffee date. Their menu of drinks is huge and can request anything you like. The Chi tea or the Dirty Chi is always one of my personal favorites. Also if you are feeling up for it they do have board games for you to play.

busy, fun shop. used to be a bank way back in the 19th & early 20th century. at some point in became the coolest 24hr coffee shop in town.the crowd is eclectic. for me it’s a great alternative to a loud bar when i meet a friend or two to talk.coffee is fine, though it isn’t the best around. neither are the other shops open 24hrs :)

I’m from the east side of MI but love making a day trip to GR on occasion. I stumbled upon this gem and fell in love. Such a good atmosphere, and awesome that it’s open 24 hours. Amazing coffee and staff, can’t wait to be back ?

GR's only 24-hour coffee bar that I know of, with an old-timey vibe that lets it get away with it. Looking at the photos and paintings on the walls can take up more time than you realize, which can be welcomed if you're burning yourself out over a last-minute school assignment. The whole place is normally pretty mellow. You'll find a wide variety of people who come here, depending on the time of day, so it can be quite the place to people watch. I've never had a bad experience here, though. Would recommend as a trusty, ever-open place for finishing whatever needs to get done. It'll be there for you...until the bitter end.
