I met a very nice guy today at the Caribbean Bite. I asked what he recommended and I wasn’t disappointed. Enjoyed a large portion of tender steak, rice and vegetables all homemade. The flavor was delightful! If you want something healthy and delicious check them out.

Attendant/Server was friendly and courteous. The price was ridiculous for the type of food. The food was good but not great. They didn't have plastic forks to provide, only plastic spoons and knives. The passion fruit juice was good, but not worth the price for something from concentrate. I guess they have to pay for the over priced space in the mall!

The hot & ready combo with chicken was great! I also had an empanada with the home made ketchup and Caribbean sauce and they were delicious!

Was gonna rate one star but I don’t think that’s fair for the business. The food is amazing . I just wish they hired someone who actually cared . I went there last week and saw one worker on her phone . I waited just in case she was talking to a customer or something . I waited for 5 minutes and she didn’t tell me anything . She literally just ignored me. She could have said “one moment please” or something bro. Bruh I never leave bad reviews but they need to tell her to not ignore people . I’ll update my review once they get a new worker smh.

I was delighted with the meal from Caribbean Bite. I had steak marinated with peppers and some amazing rice! The food was so flavorful.I shared it with my daughter and her family and they loved it. I'll be a regular. Love, love the food!

This was not good. We were in town from detroit for a quick overnight getaway, but wanted some familar home feeling food. We are puerto rican, so finding puerto rican food was awesome. First, its in the mall food court. Second, the food was all in a steam table, so all you were able to choose from, was the 4 things in from of you. No frituras available. No verduras. The rice was hard from being in the tray. The chicken was dry. The chicken also had broccoli and cauliflower mixed in, and that was wierd. The service was poor, we tried to ask a question and he acted like he didnt understand our English. We spoke in spanish but he didnt understand that either. Maybe because he had his earpiece in and wasnt really paying attention to us. I really should have just walked away, but we had already parkes and walked the whole mall to find the food court. Come on family, do better.
