Aubrey is awesome!! And cannot you for a great Father’s Day treat!!
Aubrey and Katelyn were excellent. The dad jokes were on point and the two did an amazing job serving a large group who’d never been to the melting pot before.
The food and atmosphere were great but Katelyn and Aubrey stole the show. 5 stars.

Delicious food and atmosphere and even better service from a kind young man named Isaiah O. We’ll be requesting him again in the future 🙃
Sierra is a superb server. Attention to detail is her specialty. From the darling hostess to the great managers each person added to our experience. Thank you to Ashley too for helping me make my granddaughters 16th Birthday Awesome!

With four of us, we shared two cheese fondues, two entrees and one chocolate. That was more than enough, and we all left very full.
They were very good about keeping the gluten free dippers separate from the things with gluten, which was great for my daughter with celiac.
The waiter was friendly and attentive.
Leave a couple of hours for three courses - we weren't eating particularly slowly and we were there over two hours.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian entree, as well as a vegan cheese choice.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free cheese, entree, dessert, salad, and dippers. It was lovely that my daughter wasn't limited to one menu choice, as she is in many restaurants.

Yesterday, my husband and I went here for the first time for our Christmas Eve date and it was absolutely wonderful! We did the dinner for two and it was worth the 110 dollars for all the food we got and the excellent service, plus the experience. You'll spend about two hours here as they bring the courses one at a time, but this is a good thing- the table was never crowded with food and I never felt rushed. Every time our server went by the table, he would glance to see where we were at and if we were ready for the next course, and he was really friendly and helpful (Eric). He also made some cheesy jokes (haha).
This isn't something I would do as a casual dinner because of the expense and the amount of time it takes, but for a special occasion this place is definitely on the list of places we would go again.
DO NOT COME HERE!
Forget about the 4.4 star rating and check the worse reviews. The only compliment I can give this place is that we had a nice seating area. Other than that, don’t spend Ruth’s Chris money at a restaurant where they don’t even give you the option of New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Porter House or any higher quality protein options. Look out for the cross contamination. You might as well bring your own seasoning because everything is bland. Also, prepare to still be hungry because they’re going to give you an appetizer portion of food and you’re going to pay well over $100.
*side note to management. I do not want to discuss anything through phone or email. Just change your company practices.

Quality of the food went down and prices went up. Hope they make improvements because I’d love to be a regular here once again. Way too many bad experiences back to back.
