Soooooooooo slow! Our server and the hostess were very, very kind and very knowledgeable, but it was so ridiculously slow. It took three hours. 
Food was great and our server Maddy was very quick and had a great attitude. The experience and service is worth the price. Will definitely be back!

Food was pretty good, fondue and broth for entrees were so good, waiter Braylin C was so amazing, made us a homecoming plate and was so offering and nice! She made it very welcoming

We have been to this melting pot several times and it’s always a great time. Great food, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Maddy has been our sever on a couple occasions and she is absolutely fantastic! Hope we get her again next time too!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE first experience at the Melting Pot with Braylin as our waitress! She went above and beyond with her service! Highly recommend you come here and ask for Braylin!

Stopped in on a whim to celebrate a birthday and I’m so happy we did! While the food and cooking experience was fun and delicious, we were very impressed with the service! Kaitlynn is a great server, highly knowledgeable, and she anticipated needs before we even knew we had them. Melting pot garlic spice? Um, yes please!
Another server stopped in to chat and she was sweet as well. It’s rare to encounter service like this.. keep them, melting pot! :)
