We love the melting pot. The meals are long, relaxed and delicious. They have an amazing hiring process, because all the servers are friendly and fun (shout out to Austin!). We almost always go to the Melting Pot for special occasions.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had dining.The food was fabulous.The service was spot on and they took a very gpod care of me and my girlfriend would love to be able to go back almost on a weekly basis but it is a tad expensive but it's worth it.

We booked a reservation at 9:45 pm, 15 minutes before close (we didn’t know that they closed at 10, our fault!). However, though the restaurant and most of the staff had gone home, our wonderful server, Kym, made sure that we felt welcome and were well fed. The steaks, salads, and chocolate fondue were absolutely to die for, and Kym explained the dishes and process very well. Kym is probably the sweetest, funniest, and sassiest server that I have ever had at any restaurant. Thank you Kym and thank you Melting Pot! Next time we’re in GR, we’ll definitely be back (earlier than this time hopefully)!

Three hours later we were full, happy and satisfied. Our daughters took us to the slow multi course meal which allowed for great conversation.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. Place was essentially empty & we waited 30 minutes for our 1st drink. My boyfriend had to go find workers to get results from our requests. Our orders kept being forgotten, & this caused us to sit between courses for over 10 minutes. We had a reservation that included strawberries that were never attached to the reservation & apparently weren't even put in until a full 2 hours into our visit.Honestly, I'll probably never return after last night's experience. The food isn't even good enough for me to forget & try again another time.

My date and I really enjoyed our visit to The Melting Pot, the vibes were perfect and our server, Greg H helped completing the experience. Our only complaint was the pricing for the amount of entree servings you actually get.

Horrible experience. We spent just under 3 hours on Valentine’s night waiting around for food, had empty drinks, it was just awful. I figured because of how awful the service was they would have offered to do something, but nope! What a waste of money and terrible night

We were a little apprehensive about bringing two 12-year-old boys with us here, but it was a great experience. Our waiter Eric was a perfect match for our table--put the boys at ease and just had the perfect touch without being overbearing. Accommodated a couple of special requests for our party with no issues. We had a great time. The boys LOVED it, especially the dessert course (of course). A wonderful night for all!
