Can here for a late lunch. Lots of parking in behind the restaurant. Inside it was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Our server Andrea wasted no time in getting our orders and there was lots to choose from. We got the Smokeshow Burger and the Mushroom Philly. Our food arrived quickly and both were excellent On a side note we did see the Nashville Chicken and it is absolutely huge. Great place, highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I ordered take out. I felt that I wasn't welcome the minute I stepped in the door to pick it up. When attempting to get my prepaid for food the hostess almost tackled me to make sure it was paid for. The online portal doesn't allow you to place an order without paying. I paid $25 for a burger and fries that were total garbage. Won't be back. Not sure how they stay in business.

Beware of this restaurant. I got food poisoning and Im contacting the county to report the dirty restaurant and uncooked and contaminated seafood. I wouldn't recommend eating there. I was sick all night.

Fun date night out celebrating 27 years of being together! Loved the vibe of this place! Food was excellent! Drinks amazing! Service was awesome! Sat upstairs! Tried multiple items! Everything was so good! This is my brother's favorite and we can see why! Highly recommend!

The food is absolutely amazing. This has to be one of the best restaurants in Grand Rapids! I will definitely be going here again. It is so loved, expect a wait. But other than that, absolutely amazing restaurant!

I understand specialty menus, However you have to be great at each item. Party of 10 and nothing was consistent. Pizza crust were not browned, gumbo worh no seafood. Brussels sprouts vegetarian option came out as a bowl full of par cooked broccoli. French fries terrible so many small pieces. Rueban was recommend, nope not good. All 4 plates were different. Pastrami cut the wrong way, thick super stringy. Deviled eggs no flavor were suppose to be chicken fajita flavored. Chicken fajita flavored deviled eggs??????? Burger over over cooked. Our group is in Foodservice, we support local establishments. This one needs ALOT of Help. Desserts not so great!!

A very unique restaurant. Excellent food. It was a very full house. We had to wait to be seated, but were able to sit by their bar for a drink and enjoyed their live music too.

We are new to Grand Rapids and were excited to try The Old Goat after seeing so many great reviews. Unfortunately I got food poisoning from my meal and have been extremely sick since eating here. I know it was my food as it is the only thing I ate separately from my family and I am the only one sick. Will not be back.

A great spot for American food. They had a great list of draft beers and house root beer as well as a great selection of sandwiches, burgers, Pizza and Mac and cheeses. We got two sandwiches and a Mac and they were all great! Same owner as the electric cheetah and uncle chesters, and they have the same quality.

good service, nice atmosphere, friendly hosts. i enjoyed my grilled cheese and my friend liked her burger but save yourself $3 and don’t upgrade to fries. they taste like cardboard. overall, i do feel like it is a bit pricey for what you get but i would go again.
