The food is amazing. I usually order take out, but they never answer the phone. I came in person to complain and they said “we couldn’t hear it sorry”. And just in my short time of being inside I’ve seen multiple servers drinking straight up whisky on the rocks at the bar when they should be weighting tables. The workers there just seem careless honestly.

Stumbled onto this gem and had one of the best meals of our lives. Gumbo was off the chain and hubby's Knoxville chicken sandwich was unforgettable. Spectacular mixed drinks, outstanding service, and unique decor and atmosphere make this a new top favorite for us. we will be back. A lot.

I normally like this restaurant, but today the service was horrible. After the food was served, the waitress did not come back to the table until she provided the bill. After a short time we were told to leave because our table was needed. My friend and I had planned to order additional food but after being told to leave, that is just what we did. Maybe it was an off night.
Our family was so impressed by the amazing experience at the old goat. Everything was just perfection. Service was the best we’ve had in town. Food was superb, especially the gluten free steps they take to be safe. Loved the piano player playing throughout dinner. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you to the old goat for making our family dinner out exceptional.

Food took way to long to make for as slow as they were. I've never seen a kitchen with so many people struggle, so hard to get food out. There was one point where I saw the entire line trying to read one ticket. One table had been waiting so long the guy began to vape at the table.
The food we got was cold and the portions for the price was kinda upsetting. Our waiter was super nice and did the best job they could. Everyone else though just looked miserable and honestly like they where working a for p diddy. All in all GR got a lot of nicer places to go. Skip The Old Goat. ?
