I was born in Dearborn, Michigan. I spent my entire career working in Detroit Michigan. This is some of the best chicken Shawarma I have ever had beyond delicious the spices. Oh my God, the freshness oh my God, the portion huge.
I just stopped in for the first time and had an amazing experience. I got the Shawarma Platter for 2 people and it was just the right amount of food. They were super helpful with my order and even brought us plates when we decided to eat outside.

I am very conflicted while writing this review. I have loved Pita House for a long time and I am a frequent customer. The prices have been on the higher side for a while, but i always felt they were justified as the food is amazing and I wanted to continue to support this family business. I truly feel their shawarma platter is the best in the city. However, I noticed the prices have been recently raised again, with a Shawarma platter now being $24 in-store and $25 on UberEats....
