The Pubb Food & Spirits

So I’m a regular at the pub and up until this point I’ve always had good things to say. However now, If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.

if you’re a POC, a young adult in general, or not a local that the owner or the “bar manager” Travis/Trevor is personally familiar with, you either won’t be served or you’ll be served very last. stay very far away from here. Unless you absolutely know your bartender you’re coming for.

a friend and I came here after their Christmas party. We waited for 10-15 minutes before the owner even came and addressed us. No napkins placed down no friendly smile no warm demeanor from the staff, nothing. They didn’t even have most regular top shelf or even bottom shelf liquor. So the pretentiousness from the owner and the “bar manager” was terribly misplaced.
This place seems like it needs new ownership because it is quite literally a dump. Although it is a dump with potential. Especially since I work in the service industry as well I can say that for sure. if you do go to the pub, go when heather is there or the really nice young lady who was pregnant. They’re both very young and sweet.

No service! Went there with a group of 4 on Saturday night because it was highly recommended. Waited 10 minutes to order some drinks without any service. Went up to the bar to order and was blatantly ignored by both bartenders. One even stepped out from behind the bar and brushed by us to talk to someone who came in after us. It was apparent that if you were not a local you were not getting any attention. We ended up leaving because the vibe was so unwelcoming. Spent a lot of money elsewhere.

Very disappointed in how our party was treated last nigh! The bartender was absolutely rude. We were bar hopping on a party bus with a party of 14 and after another west side bar couldn't accommodate us we decided to go to The Pubb. They were not that busy. As our group made their way in and tried to order drinks the bartender literally turned her back to us and wouldn't even acknowledge that we were there. After 15 minutes of being ignored we walked out without being served. This would've never happened when Jason owned the bar! Guess we'll never visit The Pubb again!!

A friend brought me here because he likes the place and we wanted food. There was us, 2 other pairs at the bar and 3 girls behind the bar. We were served drinks promptly and we asked for a food menu. Nobody looked our way or checked on us until our beers were gone. The girls are pretty and like to chat with each other and play with their hair, if that's your thing

My first time there and I know for a fact my cousin introduced me to an absolute GEM! Roger and the woman wearing the Crown Royal hat were awesome bartenders! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

pub burgers are the best!! super friendly staff… the girls like Heather and Jessica and Maya and Maegan and Hannah… and Roger and Travis are all great!!😊

A small neighborhood pub with the best charm. Food was really good, staff were friendly. Beer was cold.

Amazing food and service. From northern mi and was just there yesterday and awesome staff. The guy working there don't know his name but he remembered all three of our orders without writing it down and the food was amazing ?

We tried it last Friday and really enjoyed it. Great food with great service. We're going back again tonight.
