The Waters Tower is an amazing Building - and quite the piece of History for Grand Rapids. The interior walls are lined with old photos of the building in all of its glory throughout the years, and it has been taken great care of. There are so many different uses of the building, Apartments, Office, Restaurants, Hotel, Businesses! I would Recommend anyone to be a Tenant in the building!
