My husband and I have been regulars at Thornapple since 2020. Slowly over past couple years service has declined and costs gone up. Twice we been there on a busy event day and were almost ignored since one poor person was running the entire bar with just 2 wait staff.
We Loved this place! every single thing on the menu looks amazing. their beer selection stellar, as well as their liquors made in house! we bought one of each. And the owners and staff were wonderful people. Visiting with Sanaz made it extra special. well done Eric and Kathy!
Sharing this review in hopes that Eric responds to our several emails and phone calls regarding our private event.
We chose Thornapple Brewing for our rehearsal dinner in late June and are incredibly disappointed in our experience and now the lack of communication since our event.
