This little restaurant is delightful! It’s super casual with clearly marked vegan options. We got vegan tacos, a vegan burrito, salsa, chips, and guacamole. I’ve been living in the area for 6 months and this is my favorite Mexican food option to date. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-20

My husband and I go here at least two times a week! The food is amazing and authentic. I’ve had the fish taco, chicken taco, asada taco, San Diego burrito, and have loved everything I’ve tried!

My husband and I took our 7 year old grandson to Tia Juana restaurant - he wanted Mexican food. We looked up reviews in the Grand Rapids area and decided on Tia Juana. It's a diner style restaurant where you order at the counter. You can sit at a table or at the raised counter with swivel stools where you can watch some of the food prep.
