I think everyone in this review section has either never been to a Tim Hortons or they’ve been living under a rock for the past year and a half. The service was great. They were very friendly. Every place is dealing with food shortage & employee shortages. They’re clearly doing the best they can. Also yeah donut places run out of donuts often? I’m confused on the problem there lol.

Order was wrong, dining room closed, guy taking orders couldn't be bothered. Sad because I always look forward to Timmy's

Stopped there twice. First time they ran out of bacon so the breakfast sandwich was not complete. There was no discount on price. Biscuit was dry and crumbly. Second visit all they had were some donuts. Ordered the plain donuts. They were the greasiest donuts we ever tasted. Ended up throwing them away.

I guess they don't want any customers. The site says they're open, but a wordy notice on the door says the lobby is closed. We went through the drive through with four cars in front of us, but there was no response. We tried calling and got a busy signal. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The website said that it was open 7am to 2pm on Sundays, and the sign on the door said the same thing. However, when I went there, there was a line at the drive thru despite the fact that the place is apparently closed. Why is it closed when everything says it's open.

The first few years this place was here, it was great. However, the last few months, especially the last 3 weeks, have been ridiculous. Either management is doing something wrong and their employees are jumping ship, or management can't figure out how to order through their supplier properly. Might as well just shut it down ?

At 8:30am they were out of eggs and sausage ????

Went to the drive thru this morning or attempted to I got to the speaker and I was informed they were closing & not taking orders because they were to busy.. Very polite though

Might be the worst run Tim Hortons in the history of Tim Hortons, maybe all businesses ever even. Always out of food or the grills are broken or some sort of excuse to have no food, but when they do the order is incorrect. Nice people at the window though, for the most part.

I don't know how this place is in business. They never have anything. Like how are you going to be out of bagels at 10am? Or how are you going to stop breakfast at 10 am. Like I said I don't understand how they make any money selling just coffee. I wish a dunkin doughnuts was in the location instead. Also the service is just trash, every person in that Tim Hortons acts like I filled out their job application. Like damn are you mad you have to work??
Only came here because my local place (Sandy’s Donuts on Leonard; it’s great!) is closed Sundays. Was told “our baked goods aren’t baked yet”. Kinda defeats the entire purpose of a donut shop.

I got a cold piece of sausage and cheese, and a soggy hash brown in my farmers wrap today. I likely won’t be going to this location again and it will be a while before I think about getting Tim Hortons for breakfast anytime soon

Great coffee but I decided to stop going because the drive thru woman in the morning wears a mouth shield instead of an effective mask. During COVID times it makes me uncomfortable knowing she's handling my food.

Limited menu here always! Go to another Tim Hortons or prepare to experience deprivation :(

Go to this location if you like limited options! In All seriousness, if you are looking for healthy menu options do not go here because they lack in most things considered healthy. This place never has oatmeal and always runs out of certain food. For Instance, one morning at 11:00am they already ran out of sausage! It was only 11:00 on the morning and they had insufficient supply for demand, like they always do.
