I go here because the food is sooo good like I really love their mayo and ciabatta bread and ooo they're grilled cheese sandwich! It just isn't the same as it used to be it's actually worse than McDonald's to me. Almost a guarantee they'll forget or mess something up on you're order!

I am uncertain who was at fault (the restaurant or the dasher) but I did not receive a straw with my cold brew. However, I am willing to give Tim Horton's the benefit of the doubt. The quality and the quantity of the cold brew I ordered was SUPREME. It was a perfect pick me up for what has been for me a very busy Sunday. I would definitely recommend this menu item at the very least.

I appreciate that they are willing to make a fresh chocolate dip donut on the fly, but they need to stop wrapping it so tightly in the bag. This is the second time my chocolate is on the inside of the bag instead of on top of the donut. The employee who took my money and gave me my donut is always friendly.
