Been going here and I don't like to complain but this needs to be addressed. First issue is their microphone is terrible. You have to yell the top of your lung sometimes just to place an order. The second thing is whenever I order a sandwich they always put meat on it. I told him I don't need pork. Obviously it's pre-made or something else is going on. And thirdly, I think it would be better that they start allowing people to dine in and order in so it helps with the order process

Ordered 5 large coffees yesterday and all coffees were incredibly watered down. Tried giving them another chance today but again everyone’s coffee (4 today) was watered down. I attempted calling them to discuss our experience numerous times throughout the day with no answer at any time. The call wouldn’t even allow a voicemail to be left- it would just abruptly end. Terrible experience. Not surprised the Tim Hortons on 44th street also closed.
The $6 meal deal isn’t what they advertised. They said hot or cold coffee on the radio. It was an up charge for a cold coffee. I got a chocolate doughnut with my meal. It tasted like pumpkin spice. The sausage biscuit sandwich tasted off and the hash brown was okay. Service was fine, quality of food not so much.
