Been going here and I don't like to complain but this needs to be addressed. First issue is their microphone is terrible. You have to yell the top of your lung sometimes just to place an order. The second thing is whenever I order a sandwich they always put meat on it. I told him I don't need pork. Obviously it's pre-made or something else is going on. And thirdly, I think it would be better that they start allowing people to dine in and order in so it helps with...

As a 3rd gen builder. Having spent 12 years now in commercial HVAC design and engineering. Who ever designed this drive thru, never thought of much. Mic faces traffic. I sat there yelling at the nice worker to order. I've learned, you can tell how much a company cares. By the way they take of the building. Faded paint, and still hasn't addressed the drive thru. Staff was the only good part.

The best Tim's location in West Michigan (yes, I've been to all of them). My Farmers Wraps are always hot, made correctly, and served in the cardboard sleeves like they're supposed to be. Drive-through line can get pretty long, but the wraps are worth the wait. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful way to start the day.
