The bouncer turned away my cousin (21 since September) cause of the new Michigan IDs released in 2023 he thought his was fake all we wanted to do was celebrate his new place and life in western Michigan since graduating and he said it’s “27 and up to come in” and said we should go play Xbox instead of drinking also the bouncer wasn’t professionally dressed he looked like a regular customer so he could probably lock the door and drink with everyone inside after midnight or 1am

This tiny bar does not have any food available other than popcorn on occasion. What it does have are cheap drinks, hit or miss service, and a ridiculously friendly clientele. One of the most relaxed dive bars, with music that plays slightly too loud. 3/5 mainly because there wasn't a single thing to complain about, but nothing that made it exceptional. Oh and those who play pool here are rather good beating me by a single shot. Will come again if river city saloon is too busy.

There are THREE sides to every story. First Side, the Triangle Bar is a classic westside neighborhood bar/establishment adding character to this old school westside community. Second Side, the staff and bar tender are PHENOMENAL and super friendly. This place has a loyal clientele who call this place home. Third Side, free popcorn a pool table and overall great local dive vibe. The Triangle Tavern is a MUST if you want to experience authentic lower westside culture.

Very poorly ran bar ! Attracts bad people To a nice area ! If you go to this place on weekend these arent neighbors these are people littering revving engines driving too fast ! I would like to see place close ! It’s not a asset to the neighborhood ! It’s a liability to neighbor’s just trying to live peacefully !
