Had the açai bowl. Very good and very fresh taste. A little expensive but love the idea

Terrible location , I get the same thing from every other Tropical in Michigan and they said they couldn’t add Nutella to my shake even though I have 100s of times …. Won’t be returning nor do I recommend. Go to one a few miles away and guarantee them to treat you like family unlike this location

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Tropical Smoothie in South Kentwood. The customer service was abysmal. The staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order, and when I did, the employees were unfriendly and unprofessional. This place needs a serious overhaul in how they treat their customers. Not to mention my food was burnt and my smoothie was clumpy. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I stop by nearly every morning, and am never disappointed. Chloe and Kei usually take an make my order (pomegranate plunge with the energizer add in). It's always a pleasant experience and the smoothie is always delicious.

While waiting to pick up a third party order I witnessed them "cleaning" the pictures for their smoothies. They literally just rinsed them with hot water and called it good. My question is what about those with allergies. I know many people with fruit allergies and this is definitely cross contamination.

This location is always clean. The service is always slow with a huge lack of customer service etiquette. They play extremely loud music. They never greet you. They walk up to the cash register to take your order without saying a word and just looking at you. Today I saw a perfect example of how poor leadership trickles down to the entire team. They're very unprofessional. Manager became upset with me because I questioned if they completed my order correctly. She yelled at me. I yelled at her. As a manager She should have been more interested in rectifying the problem or addressing the concern instead of going caring on me. The unfortunate thing is that this location is consistent with a lack of customer service etiquette. The the quality of the product is pretty much okay. However, I feel that the general manager or owner. However, these businesses are franchised needs to keep an eye on how they service customers.

This location used to be wonderful. Lately, the smoothies have been okay at best. The staff are not very friendly through the drive-through or if you go in person. Also on numerous occasions, I’ve gotten a smoothie and they’ve practically been like water and not smoothies. After having this happen about three or four different times, I went inside and asked the manager about what they could do to make it right and they said unfortunately nothing. After having gone to this location for several years, it’s really disappointing to see how much things have changed as of late. They’ve lost a customer who has been going here for a really long time!

First time here. Went through the drive thru. Hot day and it was busy but service was actually quick. Ordered a Kiwi Quencher and it was amazingly delicious. I will definitely go again because there were a few other items on the menu I'd like to try!

Let me start off by saying I LOVE Tropical Smoothie, just not this one. Always slow. Don't even think about placing it in their app because it'll still take them more than an hour. I go to other locations if I can.

Super disappointed in our smoothie order we received tonight. We ordered 2 full size smoothies ($7+ each) and 2 kid smoothies ($5 each), and they all came 3/4 full or less (see pic). We have been customers from this location for years and never had a problem until now. Feeling really gypped on the money we spent on dinner ($44) and what we received.

Waited 14 mins for 2 smoothie at 11:35am in drive thru. Why even have a drive thru?

Don’t matter which location, the beach bum white chocolate and pea protein all taste identical. I love it. Just mad they upped their point system. Basically capitalizing on our addiction.

My daughter and I stopped after she had an afternoon outpatient surgery. She couldn't eat or drink beforehand. Healthy and tasty food is found at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
