Don’t matter which location, the beach bum white chocolate and pea protein all taste identical. I love it. Just mad they upped their point system. Basically capitalizing on our addiction.

My daughter and I stopped after she had an afternoon outpatient surgery. She couldn't eat or drink beforehand. Healthy and tasty food is found at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

The food was quick and the drinks were amazing. The only complaint I have is that what you get for the price is not exactly worth it to me. Other than that everything was great.
Get my order wrong every single time. They don't pay attention to the details. I ask for no turninado every time and i get the turninado everytime. Makes the smoothie undrinkable. Way too sweet. Food items are always wrong if I ask them to remove or add something to the sandwich. They just give you the basic version of whatever you order and never pay attention to the details. I'm done with them...

I’ve ordered DoorDash twice and each time something was wrong, the first time I didn’t get straws and this time I got 3 smoothies, for my husband and daughter and none of us could even get the smoothie through the straws and when we did it was just chunks of ice and fruit- I’ve been very disappointed with this store lately and it sucks because it used to be one of my favorite places to go and it’s just gone down hill.

My wife ordered a smoothie from here and she drank half of it before discovering large plastic pieces in it. We went to the store to talk to the manager to fix the issue the acting manager did not handle the situation correctly and no accountability was taken. He called his manager also saying the same thing. My wife is pregnant and she ingested plastics from the smoothie and we are concerned is there will be any future problems with our child.

I used to work here about 2 years ago so when I come here I know what a smoothie and good food should taste like, was disappointed with my quesadilla I got about 20 minutes ago, they barely put any cheese on here, it’s like they put everything in the middle and quickly folded it. I got rice added to it and there was more rice than cheese. Half of the quesadilla had nothing on it. I would rather wait for quality food then rushed food.
