Walking in to this establishment I immediately smelled a displeasing and unwelcoming aroma in the air. I did however have a much more favorable experience with the young lady who waited on me. Better still was the smoothie which I was offered. I am awfully curious though why my order at this location was consideredably cheaper than it was at another Grand Rapids location. The orders in fact were exactly the same.

I ordered a simple order and added no almonds to my bowl because I am allergic. I received a cheese and chicken dilla when I ordered a cheese and can’t eat any of my meal. I will not be receiving a refund for up to 7 days and the manager at the alpine location was very rude. Will not be back

The management is horrible, staff are clique-y. I was in the store just to grab a DoorDash order and I overhear a manager YELLING at an employee saying all of these hurtful things. The other customers in the store also realized and when the girl walked out she had tears rolling down her face. I don’t know the details but I do know that a manager should NEVER speak to their employees like that. This girl looked to be 17-18 which just makes it all the more worse. I will not be coming back here and I hope everyone else starts to question the management at this location.

Definitely will be back again soon!! I Ordered a chicken Bacon ranch wrap an maple glazed sweet potatos. With a peanut butter cup smoothie, which was a delicious and a great way to top off lunch!

If your a veteran of the military, fire, police or rescue you can no longer get honored here for a discount unless you show up in uniform. Your ID has no honor here. Very offended honorable veteran of the US Armed Forces yes I showed my valid veteran's ID, but it held no honor at this location. This contradicts the national tropical smoothie's website which states you get a discount with valid ID of the above listed professions. I was informed it was the franchise owner who changed this to be uniformed personel only and the ID holds no honor or validation.

total came to 28.00 tried to pay with a 50 and they said they couldnt accept bills over a 20... didnt have anything smaller so i left. how are you going to run a business where the average transaction is over 20 dollars and not accept a bigger bill... wont be going back
