Tropical Smoothie Cafe (28th St, in front of Costco/Target)

Unless you know what shape the parking lot is and where exactly this is, good luck finding it. Not visible from the road, no signage ANYWHERE. Located at the back end of a one-way-traffic parking lot, behind Longhorn. Tear it down and try again.

It's 630. I stood up front. 3 different employees looked right at me standing at cash register and decided to keep cleaning? They close at 9. I walked out and I'll go somewhere that will serve me.

Always check the app for deals, I get free smoothies atleast 5 times a year not including some of their other specials like the one where you buy a bowl and get a smoothie

Was a long wait and my smoothie was gross: needed to get on the road so didn’t go back in. Already had waited awhile. Just wasn’t worth the $10. Daughter (10) tried it when I said I didn’t like it and agreed it tasted funny. Was running and kind of white looking for being a sunshine.

I order online everytime I go and my order is always ready by time I get there. The Acai Berry boost and the Chipotle Flatbread! Always fresh and good, I have to order at least once a week! Highly recommend

I've ordered from several tropical smoothie locations and always had good consistency in flavor for the smoothies. This location's smoothies seem different, lacking flavor - tasting more like ice than smoothie. Very bland

They could not make me a Bahama mama drink they took more then 10 minutes that I never got

Manager was very rude

Waited in the Drive-Thru for over 15 minutes to place my order and waited another 15 to eventually leave the drive-thru because my order was not done. This is the worst Tropical Smoothie ever. This has happened so many times, not sure how this place stays in business

The food is always great here. Fresh and well prepared. It takes a bit of time, especially during peak hours, but freshly prepared is worth the wait.

I have never been treated quite as rudely as I was by these employees . I left there feeling so confused as to why if they hate there job that much...why work there? I will NEVER go back to this location!!

It's almost like I can just copy and paste these Tropical Smoothie Cafe reviews. Another place where I waited 15 minutes from my order while people that ordered 5 minutes after I arrived received their orders before me. Not only am I done ordering online. I'm done with this chain restaurant period. If you don't care to PREPARE ONLINE ORDERS UNTIL THE PATRON COMPLAINS ABOUT THE WAIT WHY EVEN TAKE THEM?????
