Everytime I come to this tropical smoothie it is a catastrophe. Handed me my smoothie with juice running all over the sides and the lid halfway on. Management and staff as a whole at this location sick and tropical smoothie needs to clean house. Absolutely unacceptable. Go to Jamba across the street at woodland

Love this location. Kind and helpful staff. Delicious food and shakes. I always get the jetty punch and do dark chocolate instead of strawberries. My favorite food is the all american wrap.

Food was good and. The service was good but the sides were not acceptable at all... The bottoms of both containers push all the way up . When I pushed it down there was almost nothing in it. Def not worth the 30 bucks I spent. Doubt I will return

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread, no tomato. I got my flatbread and it has tomato on it and southwest sauce. Since when does Southwest sauce go on it? Also, I called and complain and the woman who answered was rude and only wanted to refund it, not even deliver a new one to me. The she hung up on me. Never going back!!!

This turned out to be a pretty good experience. It was a 90° day at a soccer tournament and we needed something refreshing. We got the Bahama mama It did absolutely hit the spot. I still think this is kind of a bizarre idea for a fast food joint but it fit the bill this time. This one also has a larger eating area than the other one that we went to. The service was pretty good and overall it got a passing grade

Smoothies aren't the best but ok. Better blending is needed. Some are to starchy tasting. This is one of the many places I've tried. This is my opinion on smoothies at this location.

Unfortunately the service is insanely slow. 5 minutes wait to order and 30+ minutes to get my food. The 28th street location is like this every time I come.

My wife and I went to the location in Grand Rapids, MI near Woodland Mall. We stood at the register for at least 5 minutes without even as much as an acknowledgment that we were there. Two different employees looked directly at us on two occasions but didn't bother to even recognize us as waiting customers. We were completely ignored. I'm fine with, "I'll be right with you" during busy service times (this was not one of those times) because that good and reasonable customer service. I don't have a problem with waiting a reasonable amount of time to place an order, but to be complete ignored is just insulting, especially when you know that they are aware that you're waiting. The employees seemed to lack the most basic of customer services skills. Others customers sitting at tables also noticed this as we left without placing an order. We won't be returning to this location and will advise others to do the same.
