Staff not wearing gloves & using bare hands to scoop spilled smoothie back into cups. A mop laying on a table & incredibly wet floor. Several ServSafe certificates displayed to indicate training but clearly not trained. Just a gross place overall.
I’ve been to the Northland Drive location many times over the past year. I usually order the hummus veggie wrap. The last time I was there I ordered it through drive-thru, got home, and starting eating it. The veggie hummus wrap was filled with chicken. I called the store and they said I could get a replacement the next time I was in. So, I went in today and they started making my wrap. I have a door open table set up walk into order the girls that have to go through drive-through so we can have everything in one area I’m like what is a boy I am right here your lobby is open terrible will never return again and I average 3 to 4 a week finding a new place
