My food was melted because the app told me they do curbside at this location NOT drive-thru. After waiting in their parking spaces for about 10 minutes I gave up and went through the drive-thru that I found. As a result I was handed a melted smoothie and a warm salad. Tried to tell this to the woman in the drive through and explained it to her, hadn't even asked for my food to be remade yet, and she essentially shut the drive-thru door in my face.

I never leave bad reviews but had to say something to warn people. Do not come here! It is the worst tropical smoothie in Grand Rapids. I've gone a few times hoping that I'd only have one bad experience, but they are consistently horrible. The customer service is non-existent, and they constantly mess up orders. This will be the last time I ever go here after ordering a dragon fruit bowl, getting 1/4 the amount of dragon fruit base and barely any fruit. STAY AWAY!

Received only one napkin, flatbread was underwhelming ~ not up to par vs other TSC's in the area. Fillings were measly, flatbread itself was hard in most areas.
Can be difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with the parking layout.

Disappointed but lesson learned ~ there's a reason the reviews for this particular TSC are not too.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt the need to after my experience today. Now that I am home and have seen other reviews, I am not the only one that had to experience some of the worse customer service I have ever had from this establishment or others.

I went there to pick up an order for delivery. I checked where they placed deliveries and mine was not there. So, I stood there for about five to ten minutes while three employees in the back were laughing and joking around. There was only one other person in the store, which she eventually went behind the counter. The girl that actually looked like she was working, walked by me numerous times and gave me the side-eye. No hello. No I’ll be right with you. Nothing. Finally, I say something to get their attention, same thing. Walked by without acknowledging me. One employee asked if I have been helped. I said no. I told her the name for the delivery and I was told two more minutes. Since I was the only there, I stood close to the register to wait for my order. What I assume is the manager, and she lived up to the comments about her below, said that the order was placed in the cubbie and tried to mansplain to me how the pick up system works. After waiting for ten minutes and knowing I was waiting for the order and the only person in there, I asked why did someone not hand it to me or say that was mine and ready, i stead of waiting there for five more minutes. After more mansplaining, she became even ruder and hostile instead of apologizing and whatnot.

Then, out of nowhere, she says take his name and he is ā€œbanned from the store.ā€ Up until that point, I was calm and explaining my experience. She did not like what I had to say, which was just explaining the situation, and that’s when she tried to ā€œban me from the store.ā€ After reading all of the other reviews, I see that this is a reoccurring theme. I’m sure the food/smoothies are good (although, I would not trust them touching/making my food), but the customer service is beyond awful. It is basically nonexistent. Would give zero stars if able to.

Giving up on this one.

I used to order in the app, they always left out ingredients.

I started going inside, was fine, got what I wanted, but the last time I went in was the final time.

Smoothie tasted like nothing it was so watered down, like it had the essence of fruit.

Asked them to remake it because it was watered down, they remade it, then started adding more ice and water repeatedly, then handed me another watered down smoothie that tasted like nothing.

The woman doing it knew why it was being remade, so either she added 2 to 3 times the regular amount of water and ice on purpose, or she’s just straight up incompetent.

Doesn’t matter, done giving tropical smoothie chances.

Three stars for service, can they hire more people? It's wildly understaffed at basically every location I've ever been in. I order ahead online sometimes up to 45 minutes earlier just to run and wait up to 10 minutes to just be acknowledged at the counter to get my already made order. They're so slammed all the time that they don't address you and avert their eyes so finally I just say in desperation, "I have a pick-up order!" Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive through, for again, a pick up order. If you get stuck behind someone in either scenario you're going to wait. Obviously it hasn't stopped me from going back, but only when I'm feeling particularly patient.

TERRIBLE! The management and THE OWNER, over works minors and is extremely rude and difficult to work with! Barely present, doesn’t train anyone and I came in with experience! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend eating here its definitely a safety hazard.
