I travel a lot, especially around the Midwest and all over Michigan, and I’ve got to say this is hands-down the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean, smells amazing (even the bathroom!), and the food always comes out fast and exactly right. The girls who work here are so friendly and upbeat—it really makes the place feel welcoming.

Even if it’s a few extra minutes out of my way, I’ll always choose this location. Seriously, bravo to this team!

We wanted to enjoy our smoothie as it was way too hot, but some sitting at the table behind us had incredibly rude manners.
They were out of a smoothie we came in for. The staff member was not knowledgeable in explaining that after signing up, I have to come in next time to get a free smoothie. Another member explained. Both did not explain that there’s an expiration date by the time you can claim a free smoothie. Not that it’s a big deal. The service and atmosphere was not right. I also had a prior negative experience at this location, where I was charged a water bottle but they never included in my order. They never made it right, nor refund.

My experience at this location was one of the best I’ve ever had. My mango smoothie was the best smoothie I’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean! I would definitely be coming back and I will be recommending this location to all of my friends and family!

Easy to get to, super friendly, clean bathroom, smelled super good to the point I asked the lady behind the counter what her perfume was 😍

Yummy. Used several times now going in and ordering online. Suggest the app too, rewards add up quick!!

The staff are the best, they provide great customer service and are nice, pleasant people. The smoothies and food are always on point and the wait for your order is typically nonexistent. I have become a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
