Very good pre-theatre eating establishment. Busy place though they handle the crowd well. Be sure to make a reservation to reduce the wait. Food value is pretty fair. Service is very good.

I was only disappointed because they stopped serving greens, they were so good. This is a great place to eat.

The food came out fairly quickly however the kitchen did mess up both main orders. Luckily the server was very quick to get it sorted. The food was alright, the green beans were far too watery.

So great as usual and I visit often. I will just say that I am disappointed that the biscuits are smaller and now too dry but I get that's a corporate issue. Also I used to get soft scrambled eggs that were perfect but now they're always so dry. New cook probably. So I'll just switch to poached.

Chicken and waffles was as good as I expected it to be - maybe better. Great service, can't wait to go back!

Tupelo Honey was such a great experience! The shrimp and grits were absolutely delicious, perfect for a first-timer, and the goat cheese addition was truly chef’s kiss. If you get chilly easily, I’d recommend asking for a table away from the windows because it can get a bit cold. And of course, the sweet potato pancakes were amazing as always.

Have always loved this place. Every time we visit Grand Rapids or anywhere they have one we stop by. Their food is always on point and staff is always helpful and professional. I wish they had one in Tampa. If you’re the owner and read this please bring your business to Tampa, FL!

We were so excited there was a Tupelo Honey when we visited Grand Rapids - we have had great experiences in other cities and prioritized coming! However, this was a really disappointing experience — the food came out cold, part of our order never made it to the table, and the service was terrible. The host and waitresses were not attentive, constantly on their phones to the side of the restaurant, and seemed bothered with any request — like for syrup for waffles or to check on our order that didn't come out. This restaurant is beautiful, and the food would have been delicious at right temperature. We will continue to go back to Tupelo Honey restaurants as we have opportunity, but maybe not this one.
