Normally I love coming here. This last experience was disappointing. I got the Jim Henson and the sandwich was missing both the coleslaw and the Russian dressing. It was just a pastrami grilled cheese. I got the order to-go and didn’t realize the error until I was home. This was an online order placed ahead of time and picked up at 5pm when it wasn’t busy at all, so I’m not sure what happened. These are really expensive sandwiches which don’t feel worth it when half the standard ingredients are missing.
These are some of the best sandwiches anywhere, and with such a variety there is something for everyone. A half is usually enough for me. I've liked everything I've ever ordered here, including the soups. It's not the fastest, so try to come when you aren't going to be rushed.

Exactly what I was wanting from a sandwich place. Reminds me of Cherry Deli circa 2008. Massive menu variety. Fairly large portions. Staff is a little disinterested by design but that isn't super obvious when you first go and it can be a little jarring. Pricey for a sandwich, but worth it.
