Nice and friendly workers, fun and comfortable atmosphere, and amazing food with above expectation portion sizes. i will always come back here when im downtown grand rapids. Also plenty of opportunities to support local artists.
These are some of the best sandwiches anywhere, and with such a variety there is something for everyone. A half is usually enough for me. I've liked everything I've ever ordered here, including the soups. It's not the fastest, so try to come when you aren't going to be rushed.
Exactly what I was wanting from a sandwich place. Reminds me of Cherry Deli circa 2008. Massive menu variety. Fairly large portions. Staff is a little disinterested by design but that isn't super obvious when you first go and it can be a little jarring. Pricey for a sandwich, but worth it.
