I work downtown so I semi-regularly order from this location for lunch. Twice, I've placed an online order, making sure it is to the downtown location, only to go pick up my order and the restaurant has no record of it. My card was charged, so I guess I'm paying them for the pleasure of having to call my bank to get the charge reversed.

Never again. Chicken Marsala tasted like sweet and sour chicken with mushrooms. The pasta sauce tasted like ketchup. I would rather eat a can of spaghetti-O’s. Was traveling and got a carryover. Took it back to my room and already had my pajamas on or I would have brought it right back. Whatever the sauces were, I was up all night sick. Tasted like a cup of sugar added to each. Stick with pizza and burgers

First time here..i was so excited...butWe Ordered the shrimp risotto and chicken bruschetta...ehhhh...not what i thought it would be like. My Food wasn't salted or flavored..mediocre..kinda disappointing. I got 2 chicken breast a few potatoes n limp asparagus. No real sides or pasta as a side.Update:2nd time hereWent to downtown locationOrdered the happy hour pizza, alfredo, wings in BBQ AND garlic parmesan. Freaking amazing. Pretty good. Really busy, smsll bar. good seating small tables, booths, but I recommend reservations for big groups. ? Had a really sweet server. Everything was delicious. Enjoyed the vibe.
The food and service were great. Walking in we questioned whether to eat here. The entry way and glass were dirty. The womens bathroom was also dirty. A little spring cleaning would help. First impressions are important.
The staff was very accommodating, friendly and provided quick service. On a Friday night without much notice, they welcomed our group of 25 teenagers and 5 adults for dinner. Tyrone, the manager made sure we were seated promptly and Bre, our server was amazing and made sure that everyone’s order was correct. We will defiantly be back.

This is the best pizza I have had in decades. The pie not only cured my depression but also improved my ADHD. The only down side was the amazing ZAAAA arrived with a 6 month old Guatemalan baby. I was completely unprepared for the responsibilities of parenthood seeing as I am 19 and living In my parents car without them knowing (they think I got accepted into college, long story.)Anyways, In the future, please give your customers a little bit of a heads up. I would've at least gotten some diapers before hand.Also, is there any way Uccello's Ristorante will be able to help out financially with this new responsibility? I am in way over my head.Best pizza in town.

Loving it .. if you stop by ask for Courtney the bar tender...get all you drinks from her and TIP HARD AND BIG... Tell Courtney that Muhammad sent you....Parking: Love it... Right downtown on Pearl Street... Heart of the City...
