Service: was ok our waiter would ask us a question by the time we would respond back she was walking away. Why ask a question if you’re not going to listen??
Food: was okay my sub was warm. Didn’t realize there was a change in prices. I got the pizza crzy sub on the menu it states 11.99 plus 99 cents for city fry’s etc which I ordered. My bill was 14.98 big change. I called to question this and the person stated that the prices have changed but the menu hasn’t been reprinted? Doesn’t make sense than you have customers questioning their bill. The girl said she was going to ask the mgr but ok that doesn’t do me any good. Than the admin fee why?
The place is dark, dirty and loud.

We had our rehearsal dinner in their event room. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful. I particularly liked the alfredo pasta and the tiramisu!

AIRPORT LOCATION!!!!

Great breakfast! I didn't want to just grab a sandwich since I had some time. I am really glad I chose this spot.

It's probably been open just a few months now. I had breakfast, the Italian omelet. Ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. I added hot sauce because I enjoy a bit of heat.

The portion was huge and it was a great price. Stop by and sit a spell if you have time!

Thank you to the masterminds that were in the kitchen this evening. You guys must've been the ones that lured me in and got me hooked. I've experienced a few mediocre to awful dishes over the past few months and was planning to take Ucellos Beltline out of my rotation. Instead, I got credit for two dishes & I'm so glad I did.
Now, I just need to know what specific nights this kitchen crew works. Or, is the difference is in the manager in charge? Tonight was spectacular and I'll continue to proceed with caution but, thanks for restoring my faith in one of my favorites.

Table was dirty when they sat us down. Food was subpar. Some kind of paper was used to stabilize a dish on my plate. I was not aware of this till I pulled it out of my mouth. Manager didn't even come to the table to explain why paper is anywhere near my food. Will not return to this location. I will continue to give the Grandville location a chance as they seem to have there stuff together much better.

I’ve quickly become a regular at this Uccello’s! The food is very tasty, the servers and hosts have been very kind, and they have one of the best happy hours in town! The cheesy bread is one of my favorites and I just love their marinara sauce!

Sophie is a great server! She was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. Had the black and Bleu salad, large portion was hard to finish and fit in chocolate cake. Espresso martini was a delicious pairing.

Had this pizza at a boxing watch party with family. One word amazing. I don't live in Grand Rapids but I've checked the time they open and will be taking one back with me to the East side of Michigan. Good crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. Was cooked to perfection. Yummy

Not only was our waitress missing most of the time, when our food finally arrived, the spaghetti was greasy, and the breading on the chicken tasted like chemicals. The final crushing blow came when we received our check to find we were charged an "administration fee" of 3% . Poor service, terrible food, and then we were charged to even eat there. Ridiculous.

I realize this isn’t the location I need to talk to but I would like to speak to a supervisor about my experience at the airport location. I will be happy to take my review down once spoken to :

We are here at 8:15 PM and the website on the GRR website (photo attached) states that this restaurant is open until 9 PM. We were turned away at the door although we watched people get served more alcohol. They told us they were closed at 7:45 PM although they had people sitting at the bar. We are here at this hour due to our flight being delayed with a 1.5 year old. We are beyond frustrated at this as we would have planned to eat beforehand. The lady at the bar was beyond rude

The smallest lasagna I have ever been served! Will not come back. My wife had the meatballs, and they were always larger also.
