I love uncle cheetahs so much! They have the best soup and sandwiches. I was disappointed to find that the soup sits inside plastic bags in the warmers all day. I haven’t bought soup from there since….i hope that this can change.
I really wish I could say great things about this soup place. Unfortunately, I felt the soup selections were uninspired. They are great with service however, and you can sample all the soups prior to purchase. I ordered the cauliflower soup and the huggy bear sandwich; it's a grilled cheese with extras. The sandwich was ungrilled in spots, and burned in others, I guess because the apple slices caused it to be uneven. In my home economics class this would have gotten a C- or a D+.
I was at this restaurant during a peak time- noon, so maybe everything was rushed.
Anyway, I would say some of the soups were good, but the sandwiches weren't the best, especially for the money.
I'm on the fence about trying this place again.
Uncle cheetah got me through the darkest days… homie’s got the deals for the broke college students.
The fact that they paid so much attention to my wheat allergy, and all of their soups today were gluten-free, will have me forever coming back.
Food was amazing, service was perfect.
Try tomato soup with saffron along with pretzel
Definitely coming back!
Always delicious. Tons of options for people who are gluten-free or vegetarian or vegan or some combination thereof.

Guy that works here is okay. Two girls do not smile or talk unless they have to. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Girl at cash register (blue green hair) sat there with her hands on her chin looking bored and bothered, did not offer to help with order. I’m not sure she even looked at me. Food was good. A bit pricey for what you get. You need staff that is friendly.
Trash overflowing. Put our trash on top.
I’ve never had such a difficult time trying to convince a restaurant to take my money. Over the course of 3 weeks I made multiple phone calls to the catering number listed on the Uncle Cheetah’s Soup Shop Website. Each time I left a voicemail explaining my catering needs (literally just wanting to order soup to pick up and serve myself). My voicemails were not answered. I then called the shop and spoke to the (awesome) people working behind the counter to see if perhaps the number was wrong. Despite catering orders not being part of their job, they took my name and phone number and promised my calls would be returned within 24 hours. Three days later, there is still no phone call. I love Uncle Cheetahs soup, and the staff who work behind the counter are always amazing. But the catering situation is so frustrating. I don’t want to hire a chain; I want to support local, but 3 weeks of ignored phone calls…? My advice: eat at Uncle Cheetah’s for lunch, but don’t plan on it for a catering option.
Who ever this new young lady with the red hair is horrible. Her customers service skills make a regular as I am not wanting to patronize the establishment. This is the 3rd horrible encounter. Shes rude to customers and staff. I have witness her handle money then go fix food with same gloves. Snap at staff. Roll eyes and snap at customers. Today was it. After waiting on other customers to clear counter for a sample, I waited to be serviced. Normally I would get asked if I wanted to try after looking for so long. She looked at me and walked a way. I waited for her to fix 2 orders. I asked to sample and was told she is too busy to give samples. Now how am I suppose to know which one I want. So I thanked her and left. This is not customers service I know you all to give.

Had a terrible experience. As soon as I stepped in the two staff members did not greet me or the people coming in and out. I walk up to the cash register to order and the staff member with the facial piercings does not say hello or can I take your order or anything at all… it gets worse.. I get home and notice I was given the wrong order….

Fantastic food! Slightly expensive but the soup was homemade. Thick and a bit chunky but in a good way. I loved it. Had the butternut bisque and a ham and cheese sandwhich. The pineapple lemonade also slaps. The interior is loud and bright for the decor theme but we ate outside at the patio tables. The menu was hard to look at with the bright lights reflecting on it so it was a bit overwhelming.

I used to love this place. Unfortunately, today’s All American grilled cheese was barely grilled, tough bread, and the garlic aioli/cheese wasn’t melted in the middle. The challah was stale. I tried calling to complain but it didn’t even ring. They were nice though.

I wish we could go to back being able to call and place an order with a human. Everyone doesn't want to use door dash or these expensive 3rd parties. Also if have to order online. You could at least upload the whole menu. This world is becoming so lazy no body wants to put in the work to run a business. It's all about the Money. This world is becoming So lazy ‼️
