This is an economic recession, COVID’s over and so is the money grab. If you don’t care for your customers and make the prices right, they won’t care for you and uncle cheetahs can go the way of sears. Gone and a memory.
Soup is good but it has gotten so expensive… 2 years ago you could get 16 oz of soup for less than 10 bucks. And it could be 2 meals. Now it seems like the prives have almost doubled. FOR SOUP. Im not sure about anyone else but my wages have not increased since even 1% so unfortunately i have to go back to campbells canned soup before i can justify spending that much on soup… please, uncle cheetahs.. go back to the old prices. And i will return as a once a week customer.

Came in here and found out they lost my order (not sure how). After i showed them the order on my phone they promptly started on my order and threw in something extra for the mistake.

Didn't fair so well getting my soups home. The bag fell out and I lost one to the curb. Pretty disappointed. You'd think they have a better system in place. It's all they do.
Atmosphere got bummed because I don't mind that it's small but they have no bathroom so you have to wander to find one if nature calls while you are here.
They food is good and the service is always good.

They knew their online ordering system was broken, as it changed every soup to a different soup, but still filled those wrong soups. Also, their online menu for the day lets you order items that aren't even available that day. If they have a question, they should reach out and ask, not just fill it wrong on purpose. If you like soups, they have some good ones, but it's not worth the hassle. They usually spill the soups in the paper bag they give to carry it home, so that tears the paper and then you have soup seats, or a soup floor in your car.

Sandwiches, soup AND salads are ridiculously good. Not over exaggerating. Staff was way helpful in pointing us in gee right direction, it was our first time. They were very patient

*UPDATE* They reopened recently and the soup quality definitely changed. Every soup we got was our normal since basically the beginning. The corn chowder had so much starch it was just a gelatinous blob, the loaded baked potato soup was literally just mashed potatoes, the broccoli cheddar is completely different. The grilled cheese we got, the beard was tough and heard to tear apart. They raised the prices on soup by 2.50. the only free side is now crackers and everything else is $1 which then makes a 12oz $9. Absolutely ludicrous.
Always high quality food. Everything on the menu is excellent. The workers are always friendly and willing to answer questions. Service is usually very speedy as well.

Ugh disappointed. I have been feeling under the weather and wanted some comfort food. I picked up a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup was fine. The grilled cheese though the cheese was like not melted? So I tried to warm it up in the microwave and it kinda just fell apart.

I love uncle cheetahs so much! They have the best soup and sandwiches. I was disappointed to find that the soup sits inside plastic bags in the warmers all day. I haven’t bought soup from there since….i hope that this can change.
I really wish I could say great things about this soup place. Unfortunately, I felt the soup selections were uninspired. They are great with service however, and you can sample all the soups prior to purchase. I ordered the cauliflower soup and the huggy bear sandwich; it's a grilled cheese with extras. The sandwich was ungrilled in spots, and burned in others, I guess because the apple slices caused it to be uneven. In my home economics class this would have gotten a C- or a D+.
I was at this restaurant during a peak time- noon, so maybe everything was rushed.
Anyway, I would say some of the soups were good, but the sandwiches weren't the best, especially for the money.
I'm on the fence about trying this place again.
Uncle cheetah got me through the darkest days… homie’s got the deals for the broke college students.
The fact that they paid so much attention to my wheat allergy, and all of their soups today were gluten-free, will have me forever coming back.
Food was amazing, service was perfect.
Try tomato soup with saffron along with pretzel
