We normally ask for no salt on the fries the last 2 times we did so they cleared out all thr old fries, whipped out the entire bin and serving spatula before they put our order into bin to serve them was very impressed by this
The orders come out right and they are delicious. I mean it's a fast food chain so it's not going to be anything miraculous but the staff is friendly. They don't care who you are. They just care about serving you. Good Wendy's food. I even bought five of the boo books for a dollar and was able to give it to the laundromat so kids can get free frosties.
Kiddos to Wendy's on michigan Ave in Grand Rapids I am a firm believer in face to face encounter when I order, especially in fast food, so when I was asked at other fast food locations (not going to name which ones) if I could use the kiosk I simple walked out all I wanted was a cheeseburger the Lady at the counter at Wendy's didn't even hesitate she asked right away what I would like and yes they have kiosks there but not once did she try and get me to use it most...
