If you were to look at your app, It says topped french fries only a dollar with purchase doesn't say how much of a purchase is required!
topped according to the cashier at the drive-thru actually said that means we top it with salt, That's misleading &. False advertising! No napkins were placed in the bag
The drive-thru was dirty. The walls were stained, first impressions were not that impressed. A manager needs to update and look this restaurant. Someone needs to be proactive ,be in charge, A Young cashier had four hair ties in her wrists , too much jewelry for food service

Every time I get take out from this Wendy's I have a shockingly bad experience, for some reason there after 5:00 p.m. shift is full of teenagers with shitty attitudes that refuse to fulfill orders to what they're ordered - I've consistently gotten the wrong sauces, the wrong burger, and somehow the wrong drink. The first time I thought it was a fluke, the second time I was surprised and after the third time I decided to never go back.

I went to this Wendy's Saturday night at 10pm. The person taking the orders thru the drive-thru was extremely loud and abrupt. I ordered a Dave's double meal medium sized and wanted a frosty. I was told that the frosty machine was already down foe the night. I thought that was kind of weird since they didn't even close for another 2 to 3 hours. So, I said fine just give me a strawberry lemonade. Mind you I was the only car there. I pulled around to pay, this was the first time ever I had the food thrown at me while I was trying to pay. I then watched the lady trying to remember what I ordered to drink. She then gave me a Strawberry Minutemaid, ( which was so watered down I threw it out). The food was just ok,the fried were just warm, the burger was not even hot enough to melt the cheese on the top patty. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I have never had such bad service anywhere in this country, and I travel a lot. I will probably not be returning to this location, which is sad because it used to be one of my go to locations for a good meal anytime. 😞

Grubby tables, poor service and soda machine was out of so much and things were not what they were labeled. Got a Diet Coke but it was regular. Tried the new frosty and it tasted like baby puree in a vanilla frosty. I expected more from this location. I won’t be back

If you want cold, stale, hard food (or nuked that'll eventually turn hard Cinnabons) accompanied with terrible service from one of the male supervisors who resolves things by walking away and getting the general manager instead, on top of incompetent service by the other two general managers, WITHOUT a refund for the poorest quality food and atrocious service and atmosphere, this is the place. Glad my bank gave me my money back.
