Went in to order and stood at the counter for 20 minutes and still was not acknowledged. The food was just sitting every where not bagged or anything. The store was very hectic and no one was sticking to their station. While waiting my friend and I kept getting looked at but nothing was said. I would not recommend going to this wendys.

Paid $17 for two small chicken ranch wraps and a large fry.
The wraps were disappointing— the chicken was extremely dry and seemed like it had been sitting out well past its holding time, likely for several hours. There was also barely any ranch, which made them even less enjoyable.
The large fry, however, was fresh and cooked well. The oil tasted clean and didn't leave any unpleasant aftertaste.
Overall, the quality of the wraps doesn't justify the price, but the fries were a highlight.

Was told the drive through didn't have enough change to break my $50 on a $20+ order. When I pulled out ones and quarters she said that would take even longer to count than breaking the fifty and that I, ME the customer, am on a timer and that she would rather break the fifty.

Older biracial lady rang up my order wrong. Told her no worries I’ll just pay the difference and was told I couldn’t. She then told me to “take them all and just go” and when I sat there genuinely puzzled by what she meant by “all” (because she hadn’t handed me anything additional) she proclaimed “I know what I gave you” and “I’m not going to argue with you.” I’m literally sitting there with what she handed me in my hands to show her. Such a confusing and hostile encounter. To the unnamed lady at the second window on 12/29 At 6:30pm, I was just trying to get my sick kiddo a frosty. Please go get a job you like rather than sit at one you hate and spew negativity all over. 👎🏾

One star for the night shift. I hope the managers look at this review because it is important. The night shift gave me cold burgers. I gave them back and let them know that. After a few minutes they bring me the burgers again and they are just as cold. Also, I asked for a triple burger and they gave me a plain burger and charged me the same as a triple burger. You can tell they were drugged, you could tell when they gave me the burger something weird was going on. I live alone on the corner from this Wendy's and I felt like they ripped me off. They better fix this problem because it speaks very badly of Wendys.
