11/23/25. I ordered two chilies, a large and a small. There was no meat in the chile...none! And the flavor was way off. I've been eating Wendy's chilie for decades and this was so disappointing. What is going on here? Are they even following a recipe?

They get your order wrong 90% of the time. I order spicy chicken nuggets every time. Not a complicated order. The last 3 times I've ordered from here or got doordash, they have not given me what I pay for.

This place tried charging me $4 for the sauces that were supposed to come with my biggie bags. Ridiculous!!! Try putting the sauces in the bag to begin with. Last I knew you got 1 sauce per biggie bag. I guess not.

I went and order two simple bacon double stack biggie bags either of my sandwiches had bacon lettuce or mayo and when I tried calling to let them know they messed my order up I was hung up on and the person who and act as if he didn’t care so I called back and the next young man who was not a manager but just a team member was more respectful and even told me he would remake my order to bad I was all the way home already but I don’t recommend going I won’t be back there and will be contacting corporate and the disrespect coming from their management team

Foods good ofc just would be better if it was correct, This specific location needs better improvement with the system they use to do delivery orders I constantly have issues with my order like missing items but crave Wendy and this would be the closest nearby it’s unfortunately I’d have to order further to get my correct order, I just hope this problem can be fixed sooner than later

Ordered a chicken with bacon sandwich. The chicken patty was overcooked and hard. The cheese tasted terrible. And it had the smallest 2 strips of chewy bacon I’ve ever seen. Combo with fry and drink was $13, terrible experience.

Came through to try the meal of misfortune, ordered 2 of them. Was really excited to get a mystery dip. Instead I got no dips and no straws for my drinks. When I stayed at the window and asked about them the man ignored me and shut the window while he continued his conversation with the other employee. They closed the Wendy’s where I live so I made a point to come here just to try this meal. I can see why Wendy’s is closing and the Wednesday series should have thought about partnering with someone other fast food place.

I had to show my grandson the best items at Wendy’s! We got a Chili and a Frosty! He was afraid the chili was gonna be spicy, but it isn’t, and he loved it! He always loves a Frosty! The next week I had him again and he asked for a Chili and a Frosty! I also love the Senior Coffee Deal for $.45!
