Place is pretty dirty, received food with a hair. Then my kiddos dropped a toy behind the seat and yuck!! There’s work glasses a cigarette and some old food and then the bench is falling apart!!!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich by itself and some nuggets. They gave me the nuggets, but they forgot to put my spicy chicken sandwich in the bag. Instead, they put some fries in there.
When I went back to let them know they forgot my sandwich, the cashier was nice and handled it politely. However, the cook who makes the chicken sandwiches came out and said that he put it in the bag and that it was at the bottom. When I told him there was nothing there, he repeated that it was in the bag, basically implying that I had hidden it or was trying to get free food.
That really upset me. The way he acted was disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for a refund and returned the food. Nobody is going to accuse me of trying to steal something worth five dollars. Extremely poor conduct and very disappointing service.

I waited in the drive thru line for well over 20 minutes and the girl taking orders had an annoying voice and kept telling everyone “she’ll be with them in one minute”. I would understand if they were busy but there was two cars ahead of me that’s it. all I had was a pick up order, same with the guy in front of me. I waited 15 minutes just to get told to pull forward. terrible customer service skills. I’ve worked in fast food and it is not that hard to do the job you’re assigned to do.

I live right across the street from this Wendy's and for the last few months their service has sucked. I order the same thing every time, and half the time they screw it up. All I want when I go there is a Dave's double with no cheese and only ketchup and mustard. They either put cheese on it or put more stuff on it than what I order. How is so difficult to read an order on a screen? I mean just about everyone else gets their order correctly.
