I waited in the drive thru line for well over 20 minutes and the girl taking orders had an annoying voice and kept telling everyone “she’ll be with them in one minute”. I would understand if they were busy but there was two cars ahead of me that’s it. all I had was a pick up order, same with the guy in front of me. I waited 15 minutes just to get told to pull forward. terrible customer service skills. I’ve worked in fast food and it is not that hard to do the job you’re assigned to do.

I live right across the street from this Wendy's and for the last few months their service has sucked. I order the same thing every time, and half the time they screw it up. All I want when I go there is a Dave's double with no cheese and only ketchup and mustard. They either put cheese on it or put more stuff on it than what I order. How is so difficult to read an order on a screen? I mean just about everyone else gets their order correctly.

I didn’t even get a receipt so I can’t prove anything. I bought one of the boo bags. Even asked if they had all the things for it. Didn’t get a coupon book or the little figure. I tried calling and got sent to voicemail. Don’t advertise and take money if you’re not going to give what I paid for.

Cut the center out of the tomato, nobody likes that hard center.... Wendy's always leaves the hard centers on their tomato's n puts on your burger ? hear the breakfast is good, will have to try

Placed a doordash order and either someone stole it or they gave it to rhe wrong person and got mad at me for being upset, not only that but I had to reach out to your terrible staff to even figure out what was going on the manager cant handle a rush at all sounded like a flustered little baby. train your people better its preschool to match up a name to name, i have worked at wendys even at rhat location yall should be ashamed fr hire a whole new crew
