1/4/25 around 7:30pm — Got 2 burgers and a kids meal that came out to $18.80. Gave the guy $20.85, and he decided to tell me that my bill was 20 something, and that I just gave him some change (guess he did not count it). Did not give me any money back. Feel like he might be stealing from the Wendy’s or the customers

Food took a long time, was cold and, incorrect. Wasn't busy at the time either.Way too hot in here. Urinal right by the door with no half wall of anything blocking view. No way to dry your hands afterwards either. Go to a different Wendy's.

Placed an online order for a salad, apple slices, and a pop. Got to the window, was informed that they were out of CO2 so no pop which was fine and they were able to replace it with something else. Once I got my order, I looked in the bag to see the apple slices. Very disappointed. They looked like they had been sitting out for a long time (brown, squishy and opaque in areas) and the other part was the amount given. For 10 cents more I could have gotten a small fry with triple the amount given. It’s just gross that they would give those to customers.

This place was nasty,bathroom dirty,floors and some of the tables were not clean, people standing around and not doing anything. Got our food to go, when we got into the car fries and chicken nuggets were cold. Also out of all diet soda I their soda machine. Will not go there again.

I just had a great experience with Chazz at the Notthland Dr location. Ordered food thought we ordered nuggets but got sandwiches instead. However the way that the entire situation was handled was top notch service no questions asked Just took care of and refunded some of the bill and made the nuggets etc. This was a great experience even though it could have been my fault when ordering. This employee took control and handled this with taste and class!!

This Wendy's is slow, people are rude and food is subpar for a Wendy's. There is always several people there but orders take forever. I tried to do an inside pick up order the lady refused to give me my order and said I had to go through drive thru which took over 10 minutes for 2 cars to which I was told my order is ready inside on the shelf. Come on. It's close to my work so I've tried it a few times and am always reminded why I go somewhere else.
I would like to thank this location from saving me from myself. Sometimes, I get a serious craving for a good ol' chocolate Frosty. Thanks to the incompetence of this location's management, they're often out of most things on the menu - usually the Frostys...their signature dessert.

I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich before work, went into the restaurant, stood at the counter for 15 minutes with 2 other guests, one person was in the back and completely ignored us while we was talking on his cell phone. Wendy's used ti be the top teir of the fast food industry, now their custumer service sucks, their prices are high, and their quality blows. Since Covid we have become a society that shows 0 concern for customer service and still expects to be treated with respect. Respect is a two way street. If you value what your money goes to DO NOT eat at this location. They will not care about you as a guest or the job they perform. You Suck Wendys

Tried this location on memorial day; everything in our order was correct, including substitutes. Food tasted great and fries were nicely seasoned. Frosty was excellent and not melted even after getting home. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and plan to stop in again.
