This is the worst Wendy's in the Grand Rapids area, that I know of. I've been there multiple times in the last 6 months and consistently got slow, sometimes rude service (even when it wasn't busy at all). The dining area wasn't very clean, and when I used the restroom, I noticed there was no soap. I let the employees know and they seemed unphased, as if that wasn't a big deal. How long was the soap gone and how many times did the male employees skip hand washing after using the bathroom?? I won't be returning.

Talk about a place that is pissed you are ordering. I didn't realize it was that big of a deal to order food from a restaurant. You will be treated like crap eye roll and all for trying to order food. I get it we have a family of 5 it can be alot but its legit how your company makes money to pay you. The least you can do especially as a manager is set an example they watch you huff and puff and eye roll the customers it wears off and trust me it doesnt matter day or night this location really needs an attitude adjustment. Done worry this was the 3rd and final time you will net see us again.

Food was amazing, and fresh. Came to this Wendy’s location for the first time this Friday at around 6pm. This Wendy’s location looked very neat! Manager smiled at me when I came in, and a young sweet girl took my order, she was very polite! All my food came out quickly, thank you great Wendy’s location will definitely have to come back to this location too!

Bathroom absolutely disgusting! Used the bathroom Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend (baseball tournament next to it) and no toilet paper, paper towel or even anybody was in there to clean all weekend or even touched. It was very obvious, wouldn’t even order food here because of that. If the bathroom looks like that I would hate to see the kitchen.
