My daughter had an interview with Erin at 4pm. We were there at 3:57, I waited until 4:15, to order food for the family. Well, the fries were cold and limp when I got them, the interview never happened as Erin didn't show up for work that day after waiting until 4:30, so there was no interview and my family got a cold , lame meal for dinner.

I used to go to this Wendy's to get a breakfast sandwich, at least once or twice a week. In the past year I have tried to go and get my sandwich around 8:30 a.m. and there is NO ONE THERE! This has happened several times and I cannot believe this is a sustainable situation for much longer. Very sad!

Today, I tried to order the same double meat cheese burger I have ordered for years at many different Wendy's locations, and they yelled at me... It seems I was only allowed to have a double stack (whatever that is) or a deluxe double.... when the first girl would not listen to my "lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard" she became unhinged and then a second girl started yelling at me and then invited me to just pull out of line. What the heck is wrong with these people? Do they really expect me to return?

I went inside to order at Nothland dr Grand Rapids, MI. Was not satisfied with the cashier that took my order, don't know her name. I could hardly hear her, & she got my order wrong. I retold her how I wanted my burger done & got in my car, the burger was still made wrong. Also the burger was very sloppily made. Not happy!

If you want warm food DO NOT COME HERE! We got a potato that looked like it had been sitting out all day. The fries burger and chicken were all cold. I am never coming here again. That’s the worst service that I have ever had. Your staff has no idea what to do they don’t know how to work correctly.
