It is not only this location but every Wendys that I went to has the same thing happened. How could you hand out the drink without a straw? Every single time!!! I always have to ask for it which I found annoying. Please have more common sense ??♀️ how am I supposed to drink without a straw? Open the lid and slurp it?
Anyway, food is fine, the drink is good, but the employees need to have more common sense and train properly ??
