We LOVE Wing Snob! Their boneless wings are always hot, crispy, and come with a good amount of sauce/dry rub. Its one of my husband and I’s favorite “date nights” to order Wing Snob and watch a movie. Worth the price!

First time here. The food was good but service was poor. Placed a pick up order through their app that said ready within 20 minutes. Arrived exactly at the 20 minute mark. They said 5 more minutes. I then sat there waiting for another 30 minutes, meanwhile many people came and went with their orders. Almost like they messed mine up or forgot, given how many order numbers higher than mine came and went.
No apology or updates while I sat there twiddling my thumbs for 30 minutes. As a first time customer, that’s not a good first impression.
I understand it’s normal to have maybe +/- 10 minutes or so on estimated pick up time, but an order that was supposed to be ready in “within 20” but actually took an hour… that’s not right.
I wouldn’t even be writing this review if the woman at the counter didn’t set my expectation of “5 more minutes” when I walked in. As a business owner myself, if I took well over 2x as long as I should with something, I would absolutely be apologizing to my customer and doing something to make up for it.

Great wings! They are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a catering order for 65 people. The wings and sides were great, everyone loved them. The amounts were accurate for the amount of people and the price is fair for all the food we received. Would recommend and will go back many times.

Its okay, but i wouldn’t recommend it. The boneless wings are huge. But the meat was a bit tough. Sauces were very good. I don’t recommend the buffalo fries because they got soggy right away.
They have absolutely amazing wings and wonderful customer service. I don't make it to the area very often but when I do, we definitely go to Wing Snob.
