I like their food but the service at this location is terrible. They are SO SLOW! Waited 40 minutes for food in an empty place and the fries are cold. Staff are on their phones, restaurant is dirty and sticky. Will not be back!

Disappointing even when trying to order ahead. When I arrived I was informed there was a delay because I ordered over their *own* app which estimated around 16 minutes- around the time I got there. At that time I was told 5 more minutes and it was just waiting on fries. It took another 20 minutes of waiting before the order was ready. The lobby was not cleaned and the fountain machine was out of half of the drink options and had no ice. The fries were cold and hard. Plus we were missing wings.

I came in from out of town excited to finally try Wingstop, this location did not disappoint. Aaliyah was the only one working. It was seemingly busy, yet she took the time to help pick flavors for my tenders. She made me feel welcomed and not like just another customer. My food came out on time and fresh. Looking at the reviews, I was skeptical, but Wingstop definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Went in a couple of times in the past month to find the restaurant clean and the staff so friendly. My past experience with this location was not very good, but I was told they are under new management. You can definitely tell! My food was hot and fresh! I was greeted and helped by Aaliyah, who not only made recommendations that were amazing, but worked with me in understanding the menu and different promotions being offered. From the moment I stepped in the store, I felt valued! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Went in for food after the fireworks and we asked how long it would take to make the wings and they said 13 mins - we didn’t want to wait so we just got the fried corn for our teenage kids. They said the corn would take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we are still there waiting for the corn. Got a refund, that’s it. Will never go back.

Really big location, perfect for my slow-pitch softball team to come to after games. The manager was really welcoming when we all came in at once and the Tigers were on TV so that was a bonus. It’s much cleaner now rather than the last time we came last summer. There were 15 in our group tonight and we all got our food fast, and it tasted great. Get the classic Atomic!

Just received chicken from Uber Eats delivery. Found 2 strands of hair in fries. Fries were cold and soggy and undercooked. We ordered them well done. Won’t go back. Gross

Absolutely the worst experience we have had with a fast food place. We have ordered multiple times and this is now the forth time that we have ordered from them and our order has been wrong. The first time they forgot my cheese sauce on the fries, that’s fine, then they forgot our fries all together. The third time they forgot our ranches and they messed our wing order up and this time we only received boneless wings when we ordered bone in. Along with that we ordered fries, veggie sticks, ranch and blue cheese and only received the wings which were boneless when we didn’t order boneless. We are extremely frustrated and I EXTREMELY do not recommend ordering from this location.
