Havent been served. Nobody at the counter. Lady in the kitchen ignored me while making a phone call. All customers stared at their phones while waiting for their orders. The only thing that made me feel visible was my own shadow. I left. Hungry and disappointed. What a pitty. I was in the mood for some wings.

It’s too bad they constantly mess up orders and “forget” to add food. Never spending money here again! Called AGAIN when my food was not in the bag they tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes, I go to pick it up and they never started making it, they acted like they were getting ready to make it right then and NEVER did! I sat and waited for 30 minutes, watched the workers constantly picking up their phones, not washing their hands, 2 workers walked out of the bathroom after being in there for at least 10 minutes with dry hands but sniffling noses! Trashy place! I walked out of there when I saw that!! Disgusting.

This place fr just needs to be shut down or something lmao. They don’t care about a thing in there. No rush, no good customer service, most of the employees seem rude as hell, especially the manager. They are so reluctant to help out with pick up orders it’s ridiculous, holding a wait your turn attitude while they have 6 orders ready to go they’ll just ignore you until they (at snail speed) finally finish putting the food in the bag. Not a single sense of urgency or care in the world coming from this place, not a single time I’ve come here, out of the dozens of times I’ve had to pick up Uber eats orders. And don’t get me confused they treat the actual guests like trash too.

Possibly the worst service I have ever had. Cashier had head phones in so she couldnt hear us, horrible attitude, talked quietly in a depressed manner so we coulnt hear us then got pissy when we asked her to repeat herself. Like I get it, life sucks, but it sucks for everyone so just try to halfway fake it like the rest of us. A/C must have been broken, was nearly 80 degrees inside. Bone-in wings were dry, corn was just disc's of salt, soda flavor was bad(possibly mostly to blame on the Coca-Cola Frestyle machine). Boneless wings were ok but its hard to mess up Boneless wings. 0/5

Food is pretty good (if you can get it fresh). 3/5… If I could rate the environment a 0, I would. It’s second hand embarrassing watching the “workers” giggle and laugh while texting and on their phones and the customers sitting like lost puppy’s wondering where their food is. I literally ordered 3 different orders all within the same time frame. One of the orders NEVER even got made. So as I waited 30+ mins for the last order to get made, I’m sure you can guess by the time I made it home, the other two orders were grossly cold. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. This is not my first awful experience here. Horrible service. Food is MID!

After about 5 minutes a young "lady" came from the back complaining loudly to her co-workers about having to take our order... Never asked for our order, just turned back to give them more grief.... We left. Try Osmows next door. Good Shawarma.
