Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food

Have ordered 3 times and 3 times got the wrong order. Asked for a refund and after not getting it after 2 weeks I called and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Trash

These wings hit SO HARD!!! This was the perfect distraction amidst a long and hard work day. The food was packaged securely and delivered promptly. I will absolutely be returning. I hope to actually visit this establishment in the near future.

The first time I was here, I got sick. It was 1000000% the food. I thought, hey, probably a fluke. So I gave it another try- food didn't make me sick this time but it sure was late, dry, overcooked, I don't think even seasoned, and had hardly any sauce.

This is the only wing stop my daughter wants to go to! The customer service is always great & the restaurant is always clean. Today the mother and daughter were the only workers, and they did a excellent job as a team. They stay professional even while being super busy & under pressure. Also the food is always fresh and hot. Keep up the good work ladies, it's truly appreciated.

We ordered Wingstop last night and ordered a couple combos, one with fries and two with veggies and the fries were cold when we got home (which I expected since we're about 30 minutes from the restaurant). What wasn't expected was the rotting celery and possibly carrots we received. We couldn't eat either since they were packaged together. The chicken tasted good, but it wasn't coated the best. Kind of disappointed with our order overall.

It is not the responsibility of delivery drivers to prepare orders for customers. Fill the drinks and set them next to the order. Unless if y'all want to tip us on our way out since we have to waste time on preparing orders.
it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
