Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Wing Stop or any Wing Stop. The company is not reputable! I was visiting Myrtle Beach for my birthday back in January and stopped in Publix for supplies for the rental property we were staying in. Saw Wing Stop from the parking lot and decided it would be a good and quick dinner idea! BIG MISTAKE! I placed an order online totaling roughly $55, finished shopping at Publix- about 20-25 minutes, and headed over to Wing Stop where I was told by employee, NOAH that they were short staffed and it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR before they were able to complete my order! I told him I wasn’t waiting that long and that I would just take a refund. He explained to me that he was unable to provide a refund as I placed an online order but told me that he would pass my information along to the GM who would process my refund for me. It should go without saying that no one ever reached out to me and instead I began the grueling task of tracking down a number that actually allowed me to speak with a person. The representative took down my name and contact information and assured me that someone from the Myrtle Beach location would call me back within 24-48 hours. The GM, DAVINA (980-234-9301) did call back and requested the total amount of my purchase, the time and date that I placed the order and told me that she would pass this information along to another manager who handles refunds. Long story short, I never received my refund! I called the customer service number and called the number DAVINA called me from leaving my contact information and voicemails on multiple occasions to no avail. I even tried to dispute the charge with my bank but was unable to obtain documentation from Wing Stop proving that I never received my order. Sadly, I, like so many other reviews that I’ve read am out of money so it goes without saying that I will NEVER patron another Wing Stop again! SLOW SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNRESPONSIVE. ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Long story short: JUST DON’T GO THERE My first experience, I got home and found out my order was incomplete. No big deal it happens. My second trip there, A few weeks later I got home and found out that my order was incomplete. 3ed visit Ordered on line, I was to pick it up at 5:30 and it was not ready until 5:55. They assured me that I had everything but when I got home, you guessed it I had nothing for the grand children. At this point I had not left a review but I did contact the corporate office. They offered to replace my order. The next week, the day that they were to replace my order I received an email from corporate assuring me that my order would be ready at 5:00pm. I called at 4:10 “yes we have your order and it will be ready”. I entered the restaurant 5 minutes early and they had no idea what was going on. So once again I get home to my family of 13, this time with nothing. I contacted corporate again. They offered to replace the order and have it delivered to my home today. I was not at all surprised today when I received an email today telling me that they CANNOT fulfill my order at this time. I have eaten at hundred’s of restaurants in my life and I have never experienced one like this. The food, well it’s chicken wings how bad or how good can it really be? The customer service is beyond unsatisfactory, it is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere’s else. To WS restaurant and corporate office, you should be ashamed of yourself for the lack of customer service and attention to details.

Cold, old fries, no flavor and barely any sauce/seasoning on fries and wings. Decided to try it for the first time and won’t be going back obviously.
Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.
Absolutely horrible costumer service, waited 25 minutes after i ordered and another customer came and ordered and got theirs before, employees were on facetime calls not calling out to their costumers when their food was ready, absolutely terrible and they should be fired.

Terrible customer service, you have one guy working and the other one is on FaceTime with a friend talking the whole time(Ravi) then instead of giving us our order they forget about the only 2 other people in the building and had our food sit there for 15 minutes.

Get there to pick up my order guy says he hasn't even started going to be another 15 turns out to be 40 minutes tell them there's no ice in the ice machine instead of refilling he chooses to grab the dirty mats instead avoid like the plague

The first time I went I had very bad service and missing wings. I stood at the counter to pick up my wings and the lady at the register was having a conversation with her significant other about putting away laundry and dishes. I finally get helped and get home and I'm missing 4 of my 20 wing basket. I called and she put me on a list to get a basket. A week later I called in the order and could barely understand the person and placed my order. I showed up 15 minutes later and no one knows what I'm talking about. They took my order and I had to wait another 25 minutes which is very frustrating. Whoever owns this franchise needs to watch how the staff works and if the owner is one of the folks currently working there you should be embarrassed by the amount of negative reviews. I've been to others which were well ran and clean.

couldn't even understand the guy who took my order but i ignored that but then i saw the prices too they were so high! this i also ignored and proceeded to pay i got my drink and the drink was mixed poorly and there was way too much water in the mixture when my food finally came out the wings had WAY to much sauce on them and then the fries were cold wet and had no salt on them at all i am definitely disappointed and will not be returning to the disgrace of a business.

Once my boyfriend and I walked in we wondered if this place was online only after waiting 20 minutes at the counter for someone to take our order. There was five employees, and speaking from a person who works in fast food you're not supposed to leave ppl at the counter AT ALL. They all were wearing earplugs I assume as a way to ignore customers, which they DID. We didn't get our food it took my boyfriend and I walking out before they even decided to attend the counter. Honestly ridiculous, but, what I can see from other reviews, I'm glad I didn't waste my money on the food.

Walked in to place an order. An employee walked up and said nothing, I asked to place an order he puts his finger up and walked away. He had an AirPod in. Waited 5 minutes b/c we do enjoy the wings and no acknowledgment despite 3 workers being there. Trash is overflowing out front as well. Idk what happened to the original people that worked there when they opened this location but bring them back please.

This place is literally a joke? I paid $10 for two large ranches and they were not in the bag. They won’t answer the phone, and we had to drive back 15 minutes to get them. Fries were soggy and cold. Absolutely never returning and am definitely tempted to call someone higher up. They didn’t give us any sort of refund or any new fries.
