Never had chicken delivered to the table soaking in grease. Had one bite and was afraid to eat any more thought for sure I would get sick if I did. Disgusting!

I ordered $100 worth of food, and they didn’t even bother to include a single napkin or any basic essentials. For that price, you’d expect at least a little attention to detail — it’s really disappointing and shows a lack of care for the customer experience

Disappointed in wings that were chewy and not at all crispy. Corn pieces were very small as was the size of the large fry. Cheese sauce spilled all over in to go bag. Only provided one utensil packet for game time bundle that was shared by four people.

It's unbelievable how a business does not answer the phones, i called multiple times and did not get an answer, absolutely useless.
Totally screwed up the order and I think overcookedthem on purpose... I got 20 piece classic and fries and completely dismissed the request flats only

Went to heat up three leftover bone in flats from Thursday and realized one of them still had feathers on it. 😂 Never seen that before. I wonder how many feathers I ate the first time when I was mawing them down sitting on the couch watching TV, and not paying close attention? 😄😄
First time customer. I'd say the wings were bigger than you typically get from bdubs, and overall I'd rank WS better than bdubs, and just below Quaker Steak and Lube. Fries were amazing.
I'm not much for dry rubs, so if you only want sauced wings the sauce selection is limited.

Customer service here is amazing! The staff went above & beyond when it was believed there was a problem with my order- I realized before I left the issue was entirely my fault 😳 I let them know and apologized for inconveniencing them & they were unbelievably understanding! They were friendly and extremely accommodating from the moment I walked
