I ordered two soft served ice cream one lemon and one vanilla flavored in a cone with nuts, turned over in a cup. It was so hot outside and I had to travel. My server put the ice cream in a cup and in another bag she put the cones. It worked out fine, because I had to travel far and the ice cream was still good, no spills. I love Woody's!

A very slow experience. It took us about 30 minutes to even order at the window. There was a line but it was only about 3 groupings of people ahead of us. The prices were also not the best and the lady taking my order misheard what I ordered. It is ice cream and it tasted fine but the experience left a lot to be desired.

Quality of the ice cream is always good. Staff is typically friendly. The wait is typically ridiculous, I don’t know how they can improve this but it seems to be an ongoing issue even with the drive thru. They are consistently good, but slow. We Love Woodys
I was in line for over 30 minute... and I'm not even slightly annoyed by it. 100% worth it. It was my first time, and I'll be bringing my partner back next weekend. The food was amazing. The malt...omg. My dog also gave his pup cup a 10!
The young lady at the window was so sweet. I could tell she was new, and her energy still polished my first visit!

Food was good, service was good. But the music blaring so loudly made it hard to here the girl helping me with my order. I think it's unprofessional to have such music playing so loud.
