This place is fantastic, I was shocked to see poor reviews! There's a long line because it's delicious! Tons of ice cream options and flavor combinations available. REAL hot fudge, REAL caramel... that's not something you can find in most places. We are bougie foodie people and this is our favorite junk food spot. :)

I love that their drive thru is open. Everything was well made and delicious.I hope they have the sugar-free frozen yogurt again soon.

Friday night and they turn us away at 9:55 saying they closed at 9:50. All the lights on, customers at the window, neon OPEN sign on, sign at road also on. Insisted on refusing our business. Worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time!!!Edit to add: when we called to let owner know of this odd experience, we were told that’s her policy; to stop taking orders at 9:50. Then that’s what you list as a closing time. She decided to let us know she wasn’t going to argue about her long standing policy (which not being “regulars”, how would ANYONE know that when online listing and in person signs say OPEN when it’s later than 9:50) and then proceeded to announce “we’re done”. Best example ever of how to NOT increase your customer base SMH ?

Employees are on their phone even when they are helping you and kinda rude and very slow. Then they give you a cone they put it in a cup so you don’t even get to enjoy your cone like you want too. Don’t recommend

We love their dairy free soft serve (I get the vanilla hot fudge Sunday), and the Hudsonville Creamery flavors. They have nice prices and lots of varieties of ice cream (Sundays, shakes, flurries, cones, cups, etc).

Love this ice cream parlor..... the service was worth the wait. Great staff and always upbeat with great reasonable prices. I really enjoy the banana split with all chocolate ice cream, nuts, pineapple, cherry, and extra chocolate syrup. I highly recommend the challenge...
