I ordered a grilled cheese and the bread wasted very toasted and the cheese wasn’t melted. The dinning area was a mess. Just about every table was dirty and there was water on the seats.

I ordered the barbecue flatbread, I asked for next to no cheese, and instead bacon, they charged me well over $2 just to add bacon, barbecue wasn't even to the edge of the pizza, my order was over $15, when I left and got to my destination I noticed they had not put the crunchy onions on so I had to go back, they acted like I was bothering them because they didn't do the job when I asked for management a girl named Cora told me that she was the one who was in charge and that the bacon was scooped in there and the price was unchangeable, the quality was definitely not worth the price I would not recommend dealing with the people who are working

I used to love Zoup and deliberately went out of my way to come here. Sadly, it's not the same. When we got there I eagerly looked to see what flavors of soup they had. I started reading: chicken noodle, tomato, chicken pot pie, white chicken chili, lobster bisque... There was not one original soup to be had and chicken must've been on sale this week. ?
Zoup used to be unique and have imaginative soups. The first time I ever went, there was an Asian inspired soup... Dragon something. It was so good! Now, you might as well go home and open a can and save yourself some money.
Also, we were never greeted, offered samples, or asked if we would like to order.
Sadly, we left and went elsewhere.

ETA: per their reply, I did email Z! Eats (formerly Zoup). They never replied.

Easily the worst food I’ve ever ordered anywhere. The spinach in my salad looked moist like it hadn’t been stored properly. The flat bread was soaked in grease and was about a millimeter thin. Chicken salad looked like the mayo had separated. Disgusting.

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered from the website. As I was looking on the website, I saw the chicken noodle soup and it looked delicious. It showed on the website that it has regular soup noodles those big ones that curl a little, and, big juicy chunks of chicken along with a lot of veggies when I received my soup, it had disgusting egg noodles in it, which were totally different from the noodles. They show on the website, it had tiny little pieces of chicken and hardly any at all, and there was more broth than there was Items in it. It could've literally been eaten in two or three bites because that's all that was in it. Everything else was broth. When you look at a website and you see something that's what it should look like when you order it or at least close to it. This soup looks absolutely nothing like what they show on the website and they don't give you hardly any at all. I called to complain and wanted my money back for the soup that I ordered that did not come right and all they offered me was to replace it with a different soup. I don't want a different soup that's not what I want. I don't like any of the different soups that are there. Hence the reason I ordered what I did . Therefore, giving me another soup is not going to solve this issue especially when I can't trust that it's going to even come what it's supposed to look like. So I asked to speak to the manager or them. I'm sorry the owner. I was told that she would call me the next day when she was in , which would be the very next day. The day came and went and she never called. I called there once again and left yet another note for the owner to call me. So I will see if she actually calls me this time if not, I will be Contacting corporate and I will be turning this into Better Business Bureau. This is not the way to runner Company. The website is extremely misleading. That is not what the soup looks like or how it comes it has completely different things in it than what the website shows. On top of that the sandwich that I got with it was extremely sloppy and messy. Whoever made it put way too much sauce Made an extremely huge mess with it to the point I couldn't even eat that it was awful just absolutely awful. It doesn't seem like the employees here know what they're doing.I've read a bunch of other Google reviews for this one and there's so many complaints so many complaints about it. What are you doing? What are you doing? Why are you grabbing the bag you gonna finally clean the side I left the bag down there for you, you know I I left it there for you to use.

I am currently sitting inside eating with my 9 year old daughter and about to walk out. The food is good, however, all the staff is standing at the counter where you place your order, talking loudly, swearing and talking about very inappropriate things. I am not pleased at all with how they are presenting themselves and unfortunately, that ruins the entire first experience eating here. We will not be back due to a major lack of professionalism. I wish I hadn't tipped them because if I knew we had to sit and listen to that, I wouldn't have.

Spent a lot of time here during the holidays unfortunately, and every time I tried Zoup, I couldn’t even order. Really young staff that don’t know what they’re doing.I stood in line for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged while no one else was there this most recent time before finally just leaving.Terrible service

it’s kind of funny when they can’t get one thing right with your order. i ordered a cup of lobster bisque with half a pesto grilled cheese. they gave me a try 2 lobster bisque (which tastes really iffy, not their usual lobster bisque) and grilled cheese dippers, along with forgetting the piece of french bread. i used to work at a zoup so it’s really disappointing to say the least.

I ordered zoup for catering an event and the confirmation order was to have it delivered by 11:30 a.m. It was 11:40 a.m. and no food yet. I tried calling several times with it going straight to voicemail. Finally, we got ahold of a local business next door and they had to check on it at 12:01 p.m. they just left. They did not arrive until 12:25 p.m. an HOUR late! We were supposed to eat at noon. This was the worst experience as I couldn't get ahold of ANYONE and they were so late. This is unacceptable and there was no explanation. I'm so glad we ordered through a third party company as they refunded us in full. If we ordered it directly through Zoup they would've not given us a full refund. LAST TIME!
