Z!Eats (Formerly Zoup!)

We ordered online when we got the message said was delivered we didn't have the food. The driver called and was very rude and proceeded to say I handed you the food which is funny we didn't get it. Almost $50 in food plus a tip. Called and spoke to someone she said we had to call someone else we called them they told us to call back to the location. Called back and the girl said she would look into this and call back. Did not get a call back. Very disappointed 😞

It is my comfort food place. Always great selections and options. And when I was there the other day they were very helpful helping me find a sandwich I'd enjoy. Thank you guys! Otherwise just a great experience and food.

It was amazing to stop in for a quick lunch. And when I say it was quick, my food was ready by the time I finished paying. Friendly staff down the whole line!

After a disappointing experience at another location, I thought surely the stand-alone location would be better. Right?

Wrong. The service was definitely better, but the food was not. They had the same soups as the other location two days prior. No variety, no originality, nothing unique or special. The same lame, boring options: chicken pot pie, chicken noodle, chicken and wild rice, white chicken chili, vegetable, tomato, lobster bisque etc. I go to Zoup specifically to get something unique.

I settled on the pick two with creamy chicken & wild rice soup. It was okay, but nothing special. I could've made it from one of those dehydrated mixes from Menards. Lol.

For the sandwich I got the Cali chicken. It was very good, but nothing amazing.

Sadly, I feel like this is the end of an era for me; I probably won't go back. They're fairly pricey for mediocre food.

And Z! Eats, don't bother replying. You still haven't answered my last email when you claimed you'd "make it right". ?

Vegetarian options: There's always a good vegetarian selection.

Dietary restrictions: I think you could order around most any dietary restriction.

The lobster bisque soup was outstanding. The cuban sandwich good, but nothing special and a little light on the meat. ? Great staff and pretty fast service.

Ordered a pesto grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup. Was the only person in the store yet somehow they managed to mess up my sandwich. There was no pesto and the cheese was so thick and waxy and was put on the outside and inside of the bread. It was so gross tasting I literally threw it away. Luckily the chicken noodle soup was good!

The Loaded Baked Potato was alright but I wouldn't call it loaded. It was Potato soup with a small amount of bacon. The sandwich was really good but Not 10 dollars good. Shared the turkey club on the grilled cheese bread. Husband had pot pie soup it was good and rich. Couldnt choose the pick two with the soup or sandwich I wanted online. Was passing through town so we won't be back. Won't discourage but wouldn't encourage others from trying Zoup.
