Always love coming here when we visit. Definitely my favorite location. Food is always amazing. Portions are large so I recommend splitting. Never have had a bad item here.

I sat at the bar this morning. Both Jaclyn and Jordyn were so wonderful. They bothed checked in but it didn't seem l overwhelming. They both clearly cared about my experience.

I got the Traditionalist for breakfast and honestly it wasn't anything to write home about as it was just bland. Eggs were cooked closer to OM than OE. I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns and they came out just like any normal hasbrowns. I found this to be the case with many restaurants though. The toast was honestly the best part of the food. The bread is toasted well and the right amount of butter.

Atmosphere was a 4 only a 4 because I witnessed an employee filling an ice bucket on the floor, dump the ice, not wash hands, and then serve food. Unless things have drastically changed, to my knowledge and experience, ice buckets shouldn't be placed on the floor to be filled due to cross contamination as this has potentially done.

Overall thank you for the wonderful service.

On mothers day my wife requested Anna’s House. So I ordered and was going to pick up and take it home. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Waited a ridiculously long time (2hrs) for food that NEVER came. There were numerous people who, were also waiting, and had the same experience. Finally asked for and received a refund. Insult to injury, now I find out my credit card did get charged! What a disappointing and terrible experience, shame on them for an incredible lack of care for people who choose to spend their hard earned money there. I won’t make that mistake again!!

Today, the food was great. I am so glad I chose to stop here. Good portion size, lots of veggies in chow mein and perfect mix on the broccoli beef and sweet fire chicken.

I don't know why their rated number one in Michigan, their eggs are bland, hashbrowns are tasteless, and their bacon comes out cold everytime. Their coffee is burnt and poorly made, their servers are lackadaisical and inattentive even when no one's in the restaurant. They were good 5 years ago when they first opened and people cared about annas house. Go to local breakfast joints that care about you showing up and have food that is top tier, like The gathering place in cascade, or Byron Family Restaurant in byron center.
