TLDR: The Grandville Anna’s House is as good as any other I’ve been to. The food is always good, the servers are always kind, and the atmosphere is always noisy as heck with kiddos screaming ? but I’ll still always go back!We went for brunch today around 1pm. We ordered coffee, hot tropical green tea and a fresh squeezed (juiced) orange juice. The coffee was not exactly hot, but it was when it was topped up. My tea was perfect, and so was the orange juice- complete with the foamy goodness on top that you can only get from fresh juice- with a hint of the rind flavor …?I ordered the Southwest Eggs Benedict with American fries- it was everything I hoped it would be. It was a lot of food, and the vegetarian sausage tasted really good. I ended up boxing half of it and taking it home to eat tonight. He ordered a waffle with sides of turkey sausage and regular bacon. He poured syrup over his sausages, in case you’re wondering if they came like how they are shown in the picture- they do not ?. He ate his meal in its entirety and said it was good. The atmosphere is very diner-esque. It was very noisy because of the juice pressing (they have several types of fresh juices- see photos) but it always has been each time I’ve visited Anna’s house so I assume it’s meant to be that way.Overall, I’ll return, as it is always a good place for good tea and brunch, friendly service and consistent experiences.Vegetarian options: I had a veggie eggs Benedict (southwest) and it was very good. There are several vegan options as well.Dietary restrictions: They will take out whatever you can’t eat.Parking: There is usually enough parking in the free parking lot, but have noticed during busy hours that people will park in the roundabout or down the street.Kid-friendliness: If kids like waffles, pancakes or meat, this place should be good for them. There’s always some kids screaming in there whenever I’ve visited ?Wheelchair accessibility: Location is on the first floor, although I did not see a handicapped button to open does automatically.

Busy breakfast spot that’s great for dates, families or big groups. I would recommend a reservation. Service was very cheerful and food came out in 10 min for a group of 8. I ordered the gluten free waffle, which was undercooked and I could not finish it. However, we also ordered eggs benedict, lemon poppyseed crepe, western omelette, and traditional breakfast and everything else was great. Their giant cinnamon roll was a hit with our table, totally delicious.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free dishes availableParking: Parking lot is big, but still very tough to park when they are busy.

Another excellent gluten-free option establishment! Sorry no pictures for this one. But, allow me to describe first the food. I had gluten free pancakes, pulled beef corned beef hash and potatoes. It's worth every penny. Second, the service, our waitress, Saline (as usual, probably misspelled her name so badly that only the 'S' is correct,) was one of the most outstanding waitresses ever had in a while. But, the staff as a whole, also outstanding. I can candidly say, not one con to this establishment can be made.

I am grateful for the variety of gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and other options here. Overall, it seems most folks will enjoy this place. The place is cute, the service was lovely, and I think everyone else enjoyed their dishes.(Just a note) It is rare that I feel like I have to add flavor to my dishes when I eat out. I usually try to find/prepare myself fairly bland or underseasoned foods compared to my friends and family and I am just fine because I care about nutrition over flavor. I found the veggie omelet to lack in both flavor and vegetables... I even ended up adding hot sauce to my dish and I typically never add table condiments to a dish and am just okay with eating as intended.I decided to add some hot sauce but the sauce wasn't that spicy so it might have been nicer to have a variety or perhaps a different alternative like the ever popular Tabasco. I only tried one dish but I just like to provide some genuine feedback (in case it is helpful.)Cheers ❤️

Our family loves Anna's! Anytime we come to town we go at least a few times. I have food allergies and they are excellent with preparation, and they taste great! One of the few places I can eat a whole meal with family & friends and not worry about anything. The only downfall is it's about 4 hours from my house. Who knows maybe someday they will open on north of Chicago,IL

The food is amazing, service is friendly and welcoming- and the fact that it is packed full of people tells the story itself!

Gravy on the biscuits and gravy was good. The biscuits, however, were stale and not good. Will not return for biscuits and gravy. Friendly service though

The food was cold, waitress wasn't very friendly , and my friends $8 coffee was 1/2 full. Annas house is great because it's one of the only breakfast places open on Sunday and they have a good menu. The atmosphere is usually pretty hectic and you can always tell by the service sadly.
