Applebee's Grill + Bar

Tried the new O-M-Cheeseburger on our visit today. Possibly needed a bit more cheese as the burger was stuck to the skillet.
Service was good. Multiple staff checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. Definitely one of better experiences we had at any Applebees.

Great atmosphere and food is always hot and made well. Ava was a great server with a positive attitude. It was a great way to spend our Christmas Eve. Despite being busy. The food was great and Alex and Angie were super helpful to their staff as managers.

I always have a great time here. Ava was a fantastic server and always has a smile and recommendations for us each time we come in. The managers Alex and Angie stopped by and clearly showed appreciation for their customers and staff. We come often and we have never been disappointed

Bartender Ashley is the best! Along with the greeter/hosts and other staff. We usually visit weekly and love the Wonton Tacos!

I ordered the shrimp and parm sirloin. It was terrible. The Parmesan cheese sauce was clumpy and disgusting. I also had the spinach artichoke dip, that was brown and burnt looking. If the weather had not been so awful I would have taken it back. It was only 5 minutes from when I picked it up to being home, so it didn’t let it get cold. I did forget to tip on the online order but gave the girl cash for the car side to go. Maybe the poor quality was perceived non tipping retaliation, I don’t know.

I paid extra for these French fries, and when I got home this is all they gave me—wow. The portion was extremely small, and the meat was dry with barely any on it. Overall, I’m very disappointed because this ended up being a waste of money.

Excellent food and service. Never had a bad experience in 20+ years in Grand Haven. Atmosphere could be a bit more cozy but par for any Applebee's. Prices are decent still.

Nice people with proper manners. I thank them for the good food and helping me. They asked me to leave and I am still available to go in when I wish to.

Very good experience overall always a joy to come into Grandville Applebees and see all the smiling face and the team atmosphere! It’s been coming together quite well lately and it feels like a very enjoyable place to come out and have a drink and food! Would recommend others to come here for the family atmosphere and quick order, prepare and food to table times!
