OUTSTANDING hosts, AMAZING servers, GREAT team members overall. The managers are doing a great job with this team. The food came out great and our server was so attentive. I’d recommend going here, me and my friends come in around the weekends usually and we never fail to have a great experience however. Sometimes we come across a host, she’s a shorter blonde girl, my friend overheard a conversation one week and we think her name is Kylie? She’s sweet ! However not as attentive as the others. She’s normally on her phone when we come in with her back turned to the door. This Applebees has always felt like home to us ! And we could care less if we see employees on their phones however she’s the only one who doesn’t make up for it by being ready you know?The carside is ALWAYS on top, The host are genuinely sweet and considerate, My favorites are the taller kid(I think his name is Cesar), and Andrew ! And all severs rules the top of my list!This place in my opinion is the restaurant of the year ! Applebees all 2024!

Servers were pleasant, but the cook here needs to be fired or trained immediately. Food was awful. I've never had inedible food from any other Applebees. Ordered a half rack of ribs and only received 4, but that's okay as i didn't even finish 1. Wife's bourbon street chicken and shrimp was awful as well. How do you even mess that up? Wasted $40.

For a 5 pm on a Monday, the place was busy but the staff were great. Food was perfectly cooked and served quickly.
Applebees is one of my restaurants so I know how good their food is. This location was terrible the Alfredo sauce was TERRIBLE and watered down and so was ranch the burger wasn’t seasoned I was visiting Michigan I will never visit this location

Had our Valentines dinner date here, and we got there and ate and left just before their dinner rush began. I had their nachos without jalapeños, and my fiancé had their quesadilla. It was really good! Now I've got nachos on my brain.

A bit of a mixed review. I was in with 3 colleagues for dinner and drinks after a day of work, out of town (we are all from Canada). Our first server was great and attentive. She was leaving shift so we settled the bill.We got a new server and continued have a few drinks with the new server and manager on shift. Our one colleague left to attend to some other business calls. Myself and my two other colleagues stayed and ordered 3 more drinks after dinner. Total around 5 drinks from beginning of dinner to after.We were having conversation at our table, none of us were interacting with anyone at the establishment other than to order more drinks with the server. We went to order our final round before leaving and the manager came up and said we were not to be served alcohol any more because we had been there awhile. We asked for clarity and they mentioned something about it being about looking out for the customers, they offered to bring us a lemonade. We were all pretty taken aback. We said ok and settled the bill and left.It was a little flabbergasting as we were not being loud or rude or anything. We were just talking amongst ourselves at our table and nothing crazy happened and there was no complaints or anything of us being loud. I am not sure if there is a policy about length of time at a table or something?! Just very confusing and slightly condescending when being cut off with no apparent reason, then saying after seeking clarity, that they could bring us lemonade.I guess I can understand not wanting to get into a confrontation if we were being unruly and just saying we were cut off. But really it was just confusing.Take this as you will. The food was good, first server was amazing, and the last bit was just confusing as to what happened. Not sure if it had to do with the server or manager.It's funny as I mentioned to my colleague this was the first time to ever go to an Applebee's as they are not common in Canada, but this was enough reason to never go again. I haven't been cut off anywhere since I was in my early 20s and certainly with no reason or warning.Purely just my experience and not reflective of all the servers or mangers here. Just purely at the very least, terrible communication on the manager on shifts part that dealt with us.These 3 Canadians will never return but thank you to the first server for being great!
